Jimmy and his team are the best. Installed new Trane 5 ton unit. Best price in town and the installation team is fast and very professional. Don't use the big HVAC companies they will charge you too much and for things you don't need. Call these guys they will take great care of you

Incredible company! Thankful for them sending a technician out on a Sunday "same-day" service call! Temperature was rising through the night and I assumed I wouldn't be able to find anyone to come over the opening weekend of NFL Season Sunday. They had a technician available within a few hours to make sure I had my a/c fixed and comfortable! Amazing service!

I contacted Arcadia Air for a quote on a whole new AC unit. Back story: the home we moved until was a rebuild. It had burned down and built from the ground up. When we purchased the home we were made aware if this. We thought we were walking into a "brand new home" as we were told everything was new. 3 years into our family living in the home our AC suddenly stopped working on one of the hottest days. I called another big named company who came out and replaced a blown fuse for $375. Finally the AC was working again. We dodged a bullet, so we thought. 2 weeks later the AC stops working again, this time the condensor and a few blown wires. Called the same big name company and they did the repair again. Cool, finally got it working. 48hrs later the same dang problem. Called the company back and argued it was the same issue that just fixed. With hesitation they came out and fixed the issue but this tech informed us the unit was 9 YEARS OLD AND REFURBISHED. I couldn't believe it as the house is only 4 years old. Fast foward to last week May 15th. We are in the middle of a bathroom remodel and my husband needed to go into the attic. He quickly yelled for me to show me the AC air handler. I couldn't believe that I saw the pan was missing, the unit was leaking and badly rusted. I submitted a request for quotes and Arcadia Air for back to me in a matter of minutes. They said they could come out as soon as tomorrow (Monday) morning. The tech came out, evaluated my AC unit and gave it to me straight. It was worse than we thought. The air handler was installed wrong, missing catch pans, leaking, wired wrong, mold starting to grow and it was only a matter of time before it would fall through the ceiling. The price for the new unit was very reasonable along with the EXCEPTIONAL warranty on parts, labor etc. than the others. Day of installation, I met the owner Jimmy, the techs showed up on time, hauled away the old unit, didn't make a mess and let me know when they were almost finished. My house is now cooling perfectly. I paid for the AC unit outright but they offer financing options if needed. I highly recommend Arcadia Air. Jimmy and his team went above and beyond for us.

Arcadia Air is great! Jimmy is beyond professional and really knows what he is doing in HVAC. I was in town visiting my grandmother when her AC unit went out. I called around to a bunch of big companies to compare and im so glad i went with Arcadia. Price was the best out of them all and installation was done within a day of confirming pricing. Highly recommend!

Arcadia Air came out to service my mini split ac. . I thought the fan was not working. The technician reported thamy unit was fine. He diid not charge me fee. I would recommend them .

Manny has been out to my house a couple times in the last year and has knocked it out of the park each time. The guy knows his stuff and has both of our units running in tip top shape!
