Diamond AC & Heating

It was 100 degrees out and we woke up with no ac. I called, and Christian was here within the hour. He was thorough, professional, and never made me feel like an idiot with my hundreds of questions. The job was top notch, and I can’t sing enough praises about the level of professionalism, that Christian provided! Additionally, he came in a lot cheaper than SemperFi which was a huge blessing! I would highly recommend this company, and more specifically, highly recommend Christian to look at your home.

In April 2022 we paid almost $8500.00 for new duct work and insulation. After installing we had them come back 2 times to adjust air flow. By September no results. In March 2023 we had another ac company come to see what the problem was. He informed us to call DIAMOND air back because it wasn't up to code and needed to be redone.
So in April 2023 DIAMOND air came out again. They told us how sorry they were and how they would make it right. They spent 8 hours here just to tell us it needed to be completely redone and they would be back in a week, first thing in the morning. A week later and another day off work and no call to confirm. My husband calls at 7am to see when they would be here, just to be told they where on their way. At 10 am they show up. They work till almost 7pm. While at the house "fixing" the problem, my house was snowing insulation that I had just paid them to put in the attic. My house was covered. I was frustrated with the whole situation! I asked the lead to come and see what they where doing to my house and if it was normal!? He just stared, saying no ma'am. I asked him to have the owner call me as I was not a happy customer.
Before leaving I explained the air flow was still not adequate. I was told he wasn't sure what the problem was?
You have to be kidding me!!
This was a Wednesday. I waited to hear from the owner till Monday. I called the office to receive a return call from the owner. I recieved a call back a few hours later from Alfred. I was explaining the above information to him when a man named Cody took over the phone call to tell me it was my fault I got bad work because I was mean to his workers. He wanted me to agree to have them come back again to adjust the dampers. I explained to him we had given they enough chances to do the job right with no satisfaction so far. He went on about their integrity as a company and he wanted to make it right with a partial refund and fixing the problem again! I explained I'd have to talk with my husband because we really didn't want them back.
I called him back the next day to let him know we would like a partial refund so we could have it repaired correctly. He was not happy and proceeded to tell me I'd be lucky to get anything from him. When the day before I was told he wouldn't insult me with a $500.00 refund. That's exactly what he did before hanging up on me.
$1250.00 and a different company , our house is cool everywhere. So grateful for companies with actual integrity.

Christian was very efficient and friendly. His knowledge really showed as soon as he walked in the door and filled me in with what the problems were. As soon as he left I was continually informed with what was needed and what would be taken care of. I was confident and satisfied with a job well done.

Recently, I had the pleasure of working with an air conditioning company that exceeded my expectations. In particular, an employee named Christian Kirchoff stood out for his exceptional service. Throughout the entire process, Christian was professional and never pressured me. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the work. I highly recommend this company and Christian for their outstanding service.

This company is not good they do poor work, they have cost my mother in law thousands of dollars in repairs on her home. They left us without any heat in the winter for 49 days . Which resulted in every one coming down very ill. They are never available to help. It's been 2 years dealing with them and they still have not fixed the issues nor have they tried to acknowledge that they are at fault and now that I've had to involve the roc and the inspector they all of a sudden want to come fix it which I have had to sit around and wait for them at least 7 times for them to get here and not fix the problem poor company in my opinion choose anyone else over them

When the AC unit went out in my home they sent Christian to come talk to me about the different options I had to help get us cooling again before the hottest part of summer came. He really knew what he was talking about! I appreciated the time he took to make me feel understood and that solving my problem was his priority. I would recommend him to anyone! Thnx again

Christian can put to tune up my A/C, while doing his duties I ask him a lot of questions about my AC unit. I found him to be very forthcoming and very knowledgeable. With that knowledge, I used it to get my AC and Heating services locked down for the next 5 to 10 years without any worries, thanks to Christian and Diamond Air.

Rescued us when our AC stopped working on a holiday with temperatures in the 115. I would recommend this company to everyone. Oue tech was Tom - Kind friendly thoughtful fast reasonable

Christian was here on time and went right to work. He did all that was needed and then was very forthright about the problems with the A/C. When I suggested getting through this summer, he said it would probably not make it. Then he told me about the cost increase from last use, the difficulty of getting units in a rapid way, and that convinced me to get a new unit. I do not want to wait a week to get a unit in the middle of the Phoenix heat. Thanks Christian for being honest with me! New A/C here we come!!

Diamond Ac & Heating is by the best! If you ever have a troubles with your ac/ heater go to them. Christian was amazing he was so friendly and kept me calm when I was stressing out with my ac going out in this dam Az heat. I highly recommend Christian!
