Technician Grant was punctual, knowledgeable, friendly, hard working! He did an excellent job replacing the drain pipe, cleaning the coils and getting my a/c system ready to handle the Phoenix hot temperatures! Thank you, Grant!
Our home warranty company assigned Kappa Air for our fall HVAC tuneup. We were told they would contact us within 48 hours. After 3 days we contacted them but had to make several attempts to get a hold of someone. On first attempt, the tech showed up and explained the truck with the ladder for a two story home was in the shop and they would have to reschedule us. No biggie, things happen. Second appointment we get call telling us the tech will not make it before dark and they have to reschedule again. Over the weekend leading up to our appointment, we get a tech saying the warranty company cancelled the service. We called warranty company and were told ticket was still open and assigned to Kappa Air. Today we get no call, no tech and only response was after we texted asking for confirmation of appointment at which time the tech said "something must have happened after appointment was scheduled". As usual, no answer at the office. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company. The employees here are nice but the lack of contact and inability to show up for scheduled appointments is not worth the hassle.
Kappa air is an excellent company to work with. Not only do they have amazing equipment that’s very high quality, but their staff is spectacular. The office is very good at responding and they really care for their customers. I specifically worked with Anthony and Phillip and they were awesome. Very friendly and they really care to educate their customers on their unit versus just trying to sell on go on with their day. They really take the time to listen to your needs and make sure there is a solution. Don’t hesitate to reach out they really have your side!!! Very happy and will be referring to friends family. :)
The company helped troubleshoot an issue that turned out to be the thermostat. Workers were professional, helpful, explained and fixed the issue with directions for further steps. great experience all around, would do business with again.
Grant was professional, friendly and communicated clearly what was going on with my HVAC systems. I appreciated his warm demeanor and even my family noted how friendly he was. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!👍

Knowledgeable, professional tradesmen. Excellent service. Couldn't ask for better service than one or two of these Kappa employees in the attic or at the compressor on our patio.
They were selected through my home warranty company. They might be understaffed or just terrible at communication. I left a voicemail and sent a text and got no response. I have called multiple times throughout the week and no one has ever picked up the phone. I hope they see this message for awareness. For right now I wouldn’t reccomend Kappa air since I cannot get ahold of them. If you are having an issue with your ac or heater I suggest another company.
