I had 2 ac units installed by Parker & Sons through Home Depot 3 years ago. I paid ~25k for the two units with a supposedly spectacular warranty. 3 yrs later, I'm already paying $95 for a failed capacitor bc my 'industry leading warranty has a $95 deductible for any service call. I expressed my unhappiness that I was paying for parts this soon, but was basically told, "That's the way it is." Then they had the audacity to try to sell me on replacing my other two units with the same system bc of how great it is. Yeah, no thanks...
I called PARKER & Sons to wire up a 4-wire stove outlet. They were initially very responsive, but when the electrician showed up and evaluated the job, he stated that he needed someone skinnier to climb in the attic so the job was postponed a week. The next week my technician shows up again by himself. When I asked where his help was he told me that he should be here. The helper never showed up! The electrician struggled through this wiring job for about 9 hours and finally got the plug installed, but not before cutting several holes in my ceiling which their drywall department will now have to fix. This means another day of my time sitting with drywallers…not happy. Not likely to use this company again.
Parker and Sons has been absolutely amazing since I moved to Phoenix. They’ve done most of my maintenance, and did such a good job at it that I had them add a 2ton mini-split system for my wife and I’s home offices. That went so well I added another air-handler to the master bedroom!
Courteous and helpful sales people that followed up. The installers were on time, finished the install in one day like they said, and cleaned up after themselves.
Oh, and they were cheaper than the other quotes I got on the same type of system. You owe it to yourself to at least get a quote if you’re doing anything A/C related!
Parker sets the standard for service! I live in south Scottsdale (famous for our wonderful plumbing), have had Parker out 2 times now for different problems and they are great. Same or next day appointments available, show up on time and just flat out get you fixed! Steven also offered me a couple services for maintenance on my water heater after fixing my outside leaky faucet bib and clogged drain, that will help extend the life of it and was a very reasonable cost. Talk you through everything, give you quotes before starting any work and stick to it. Listen to your trade professionals, they are here to help you and avoid major issues with your plumbing or HVAC equipment!
Check your Anode Rod in your water heater, our hard water eats at this instead of the walls inside your tank. Which causes tanks to burst and leak. They can explain better than me obviously! I’d highly suggest servicing your water heater (and AC unit) with Parker. Few bucks for regular maintenance to get the full life of your equipment is a LOT easier to swallow than the cost of full replacements prematurely because you didn’t listen to your trade professional!
From start to finish Parker and Sons was professional and designed a system to fit our needs. From sales, William, financing-Rebecca, Installation-Caleb,Matty,Scott and Matt were STERLING. The Lennox Elite is an awesome machine. Glad we went with Parker . We had 3 other companies biding on the AC replacement and 100% in all aspects, Parker Bros won out.
We noticed our water heater was leaking and no hot water in house Wed. evening. I call Parker and Sons Thurs. morning and had a new water heater operational by lunch time. We also had a circulator installed so that hot water will quickly arrive at all faucets; this will save on water usage by not waiting for hot water to arrive. The installers were friendly and informative and discussed with us all options available without pushing a sales pitch. I am very happy with our results and highly recommend Parker and Sons.
Amazing service from scheduling to the maintenance, repairs and install. Extremely helpful customer service members when scheduling and checking the status of my appointment time frame. The service tech was wonderful. He was extremely efficient, offered multiple options for the repairs, and completed his work in a very timely manner. Just a wonderful company with great employees. Highly recommend.
We've been pushing off the Replacement of a new AC for years now, but this year it seemed that it wasn't going to make it to another summer so we decided to call Parker and Sons. They were very responsive to our call and we didn't have to sit in a 90 degree house for long. They came that day told us that they could repair it (versus telling us first that we need it a new one) and the AC worked pretty good until we decided to get a new AC through them. They got us scheduled for a new AC that same week and we are really excited for our new AC!!! I loved how patient they were in answering my questions and concerns. Thank you Parker & Son's!!!!!
I called Parker & Sons today my AC wasn’t working on the first warm day of the season. This winter I had inadvertently turned off the breaker switch. And had forgotten to flip it back. So the service man came out and determined the problem.and flipped it back. Problem solved. I had thought it would show some class and PR not to charge me. But since I had agreed to the service call price of $95, of course I was charged and paid this price. I doubt a smaller company would have charged me this fee, but not Parker And Sons, was charged the full price. How about building some nice customer relationships? Will remember this, Have a nice evening.
Chris was a true professional and had are repairs completed quickly. We had a badly corroded water main, needed a water pressure regulator installed and had a small leak on a water spigot in the backyard. All of the repairs were completed quickly and to our satisfaction with minimal down time. Great job, thanks again.
