Champion Air - Scottsdale

Champion Air was great to work with. Patrick is a excellent technician. He did maintenance for my A/C and went above and beyond to give me info on how to keep it running well in between service. He had a lot of good ideas and I’m going to use them.

I had Patrick come out to my place to give me an estimate and I was blown away with how genuine this man was. This is a man that takes pride in his work and I was very impressed with his knowledge and ability to help me understand. Although I know nothing about air conditioning, after speaking with Patrick and getting an estimate, I feel like I was given a crash course in Hvac systems and know alot more now. I am very impressed with Patrick and will more than likely be using him to replace my system.

Would Recommend! We've used them a few times over the past 5+ years. Had 2 units replaced with them and some maintenance work. They are always quick and friendly. Easy to work with and reasonable rates.

I used Champion Air to install a new AC system in my house. The AC system I chose came with a payment plan. The salesperson told me that payments would end up being around $100 a month for my AC. After all was said and done, the payments ended up being significantly more then quoted. Now I am stuck with the purchase after being given a lowball estimate on what payments would be. The AC runs great. They are good at AC installs, but the sales people need to be more honest about pricing...........

Response from company says they have tried to contact me several times, however I have not received any calls, no messages, etc.....so that statement that they have tried calling several times, seems incorrect.

My review was not incorrect, as the sales person told me my payment would be around $100 bucks a month, when in actuality it is closer to $200 a month. I will reiterate that the service I received was great, the AC is great, my only issue is what I was told my payments would be, and then what they ended up being after everything was installed.

Scott did a great job servicing my 8 year old AC units! He took pictures and pointed out areas that were in need of repair/replacement and was honest in providing me his opinion on what could wait vs what was needed right away. He was on time, friendly, and very professional. Thank you!

Patrick was very profession, congenial to talk to and very knowledgeable about his work. He finished the necessary repair quickly and explained what was necessary for him to do to repair the unit. Patrick was very knowledgeable and was willing to share info with us. We called Champion Air for a second opinion on a recommended repair in our units (2). He showed us a Ed explained why those repairs were not needed.

I called Champion Air and spoke with Trish about my Lennox Heat Pump having a problem. She was very personable and eager to help. She sent Patrick out to fix my Lennox. Patrick is a great Service Tech. He is consummately knowledgable, and clearly has specialized skill working with Lennox units. Everything went great, he arrived within the specified time window and got my unit back up. I am very impressed by Champion Air and its people.

Patrick did an amazing job for us. He is always so professional. We will be using Champion Air in the spring when it’s time to service our AC system again.

A few years ago Champion Air installed my new ac and minisplit after right after I bought my home and the home warranty spent several months bandaiding the unit but never did fix it. They were reasonably priced and did a great job. A few weeks ago the pvc pipe for moisture blew off my roof during a wind storm. Champion air came right out, fixed it and only charged me the service fee. I also have them come out every year for preventative maintenance. Again at a reasonable cost. This is a family owned business and they are great! Would highly recommend!
