Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating Tucson

This was our first experience with Alaskan Air today 04/27/23. It was a very pleasant one, scheduling was fast and easy. We even had to re-schedule, and they were very understanding and flexible. The specialist, Jason Martin, was knowledgeable, resourceful, and patient. He answered all our questions, and was clear on the services provided and what was needed. We will continue requesting services from this company.

Great experience with our AC technician Hector today. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and clean.
He was respectful of our home and he did a thorough job. Our air conditioner looked and ran like new when he finished his work. Hector really takes pride in his work, pays attention to detail and is a very nice guy as well. Thank you Hector!

Jason Martin arrived exactly at the time stated over the phone. It only took Jason a few seconds to identify the issue but he made sure to confirm it by checking every aspect of my AC unit. Jason showed me what he was doing and went out of his way to explain it in detail. He was completely honest about price, steps I need to take, everything. Very professional service, will be using them again.

Jason did a stellar job servicing our AC units. He was courteous, kind, and did a great job explaining everything. I really enjoyed how the company communicated with me as well as how personable they are! I highly recommend them!

Brandon and another man (whose name I don't know) dismantled our old heat pump and HVAC system. We got a brand new heat pump and new HVAC. They were very professional and worked very efficiently. They went above and beyond our expectations.

I had an air conditioning check up yesterday. Alexander Curtis called when he was on the way, arrived on time, and was very professional. Alexander did an excellent job performing the check up, replacing the capacitor, and answering all of my questions with courtesy and professionalism. I would highly recommend Alaska Air Conditioning & Heating and Alexander to anyone needing maintenance and repair.

Matthew and Francisco did an amazing job with my annual A/C service. They were professional and conducted all service in a timely manner. They were very helpful in explaining my system and precautions to take to extend the life of my unit. Thank you Alaskan!

Noticed my air was not cooling at 630 pm the Saturday before father's day. Called Alaskan spoke with after hours rep, took my info and got a follow up call within 5 min of a technician able to show up between 8 and 11pm. The tech Jason called ahead of time and arrived the time he gave me. He got the part replaced and was finished by 9pm. Now the house is cooling down from 85 degrees to 74 degrees. I could not be more pleased. Fathers day breakfast is still a go for our entire family... thanks again Jason

Our technician Hector Camacho was amazing today! He was very professional and detailed in every way possible. I would ask him a question and he would answer in a very detailed and understanding way that made me feel very satisfied.
