Jesus was absolutely great! He was reliable and quick and communicated very well. I feel bad because I’m renting and the homeowner rents out his home through a realtor company that is completely unprofessional and he had to wait at my home until it was sorted out which they still didn’t sort out. He was very patient and nice considering the rental company being unprofessional and rude to him

Hector C. did an Alaskification on my Unit. After his work, he did a great job explaining the current status of my unit, as well as things to be aware of/plan for going for ward (15 year old unit).

Jason was neat, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He spotted a potential safety problem that the installer had done incorrectly and remedied the problem. 2 thumbs up to Jason.

Hector Comacho was friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to do during his visit. He answered my many questions in a professional manner. Alaskan had installed the HVAC system several years ago. The only problem I had was that He informed me that I needed a GFI installed on the furnace (there is one on the AC portion of the HVAC.) So why wasn't there a GFI installed originally?

Roosevelt, my tech, was very helpful and thorough. He gave me advice on future maintenance I can do that wasn’t given to me before.

JJ is a wonderful technician, he was on time, perfessional, and got started quickly. He made sure everything was running smoothly with my AC unit. Now I dont have to worry about the summer time.

The texts from the office were great and then Zach called to say he was in his way, he informed us of all that he noticed and we agreed to that, he was prompt and polite, he and the company are awesome!

Not only did he fix it, he also clarified that is was my thermostat that needed replacement, not a broken heat pump Thanks again Matthew, your efforts are greatly appreciated 👍.
