We had a great experience with HAMSTRA HEATING AND COOLING. We purchased a Tier 3 Split Gas/Electric System December 2022.
Ryan, the sales rep, was very knowledgeable and explained in great detail both systems we were interested in. He answered all of our questions. He was very personable and genuinely cared about offering us the best system for our needs. He was extremely efficient with the paperwork process. He even dropped off 2 heaters the day before install in case we needed heat.
Andreas arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He was here for a 2 day install to convert from heat pump to gas furnace and A/C unit. He was extremely knowledgeable and hard working. He explained everything that he would be doing.
Excellent work performed by Andreas and Jake. Andreas went above and beyond to satisfy my wife’s perfectionism. Mechanical room looks brand new!

Overall, I am very pleased with the outstanding customer service that Hamstra Heating & Cooling provides to their clients. The technician, Roman, was on time and he greeted me with a big smile and was exceptionally polite and friendly. I am a person that asks a lot of questions. This did not seem to bother him, as he answered and explained everything he was doing, thoroughly. Not being too technical, Roman, responded to my inquiries in a language I could understand. I will continue to keep my business with Hamstra and Roman!

Had my air compressor go out during the start of the heat which took time to get the compressor and parts . Unfortunately , this change in this kind of heat effects my health. Hamstra brought in 2 portable air conditioner to help at no cost to me to use during the waiting period! I cant even express how much of a difference and a great help that could have been a very different end to my story. Once the part arrived, Hamstra had the highly qualified , extremely knowledgeable and most importantly professional service technician to my home . He had the system back up running much sooner than I expected . I highly recommend this company. Thanks Hamstra for going above and beyond to help me .

We have been with Hamstra for over 10 years. We have always been happy working with them from the office receptionist to the the service crew. Every single person that has come to our home has been respectful, professional, kind, knowledgeable, and hard working. Today, we had Daniel work on replacing a corroded coil. He was here for about 5 hours. He worked hard and still had another home to visit. We appreciate him! Thank you very much!

Roman came out to do the annual A/C System maintenance on May 1, 2023. He found the condenser motor and capacitor were performing poorly and needing to be replaced, after many years. .

This was the first time Roman had been my repairman. Jay Strong had come out several times before and set my expectations high.

Roman met my expectations and provided a very professional and satisfying experience. He was on time, friendly and pleasant, worked quietly and efficiently, and answered all of my questions.

He was able to come out one week later and do the necessary repairs on the A/C. Again, Roman was first class in every way. He really knows what he is doing, does it carefully and respectfully. I asked him to educate me and he showed me the work he was doing, the parts that needed replacing, and answered all of my questions with clarity and ease so this 78 year man could get it!

I would recommend Roman in a heartbeat!

In addition, it seems to me that Hamstra flavors its employees with some sort of "special sauce." Everyone at Hamstra I have talked to or worked with is friendly, respectful, patient, and willing to help everyone have a good experience and positive outcome.

Because of the quality work I have received and the quality of personal interaction with everyone, I recommend Hamstra without reservation.

Hamstra came to my home to do an AC maintenance. Jesus was my technician. He discovered a refrigerant leak in my attic. He explained to me what was going on and I chose to have them come back the following week for the repair. Jesus was polite and respectable to me on both occasions in my home. He explained everything thoroughly about what he was going to do. I was very happy with the service at my home and made a point of asking if him to return as my technician if I ever needed their service again.

Service Tech, Roman, was on time (which is GREATLY appreciated!) answered all and any questions and was really detailed. After a thorough cleaning, the unit was running better than expected. As usual everyone was very professional from the first confirmation phone call to the technician completing the job in an amazing 30 minutes! My replacement part was under warranty and they handled the paperwork and installed the part quickly with no loss of comfort during 100+ degree weather! Thank you Taylor for another stellar job and being so friendly and pleasant!

Hamstra installed my AC unit 8 years ago and I have had great service twice a year. Staff is courteous and explains in detail what they are doing/did and if needed suggests a repair/upgrade. I trust their advice.
