We have had a great experience with Hamstra replacing our heat pump package unit.They have been efficient, transparent, and professional. We will happily recommend them and use them again.

Our 3 year old Trane HVAC system started acting up and we were unsure who to call to check it out. After reading the google reviews, my wife suggested Hamstra. We gave them a call, they sent out Shane Amos and he was able to troubleshoot the problem. He explained that we need a couple parts replaced and we should still be under warranty, which we did not know.
The next day, Hal Smith gave us a call to let us know that he found our parts in Phoenix and explained that we do have a 10 year warranty on our unit which made us happy.
Shane came back out to replace our parts and assured us that we were good to go.
We would highly recommend Hamstra Heating and Cooling.

Our heatpump went down due to pack rats going through wires and shorting other components. Dave and Richard went through all wires to ensure everything works. Could not be happier with their professionalism and service. I would recommend Hamstra to anyone.

Jake was out to do our annual Air Conditioning service and discovered the capacitor was reading below normal limits and replaced it. Very efficient and acted in a professional manner.
