My AC went out in this 100 degree weather. I was referred to signature heating and cooling spoke with Brandon very professional guy. He got me setup for the next. 2 guys came out they checked my system said everything was good except my blower motor was was going out. They said it needed to be replaced. They came out with 2 options. $1300 and $1600. Well let's just say I got it fixed the next day for less then 1/4 of that quote.
Advertise the $70 diagnostic fee waived with repairs well that's a lie. They charged it, which at point of service they dont show you a bill they just tell you the total and that the bill will be emailed. So of course on the bill saw I was charged the $70. Called and was was told they would have to talk to the manager the next day. I called back the next day was told the refund had been approved well it was a lie they never refunded me the $70. The technician they sent out was also not very knowledgeable. I have a split unit and told them that and they told me they knew how to work with them. Well I already knew I needed a new capcitator from a previous check up on my unit. This technician originally said my unit didnt have a capacitor I said yeah it does I have had it checked before and was told it was going bad so I want it replaced. After explaining where it was he opened the unit and found it and acted shocked there was a capacitor which he then replaced. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It's a sad day when I have to tell a technician how to fix my mini split unit.
John g was absolutely wonderful he saved my family and animals from a 95° house he took his time and didn’t jump to the first possible problem, he made sure what it was before giving the diagnosis !! Also was Very kind and professional!! Definitely recommend him to all friends n family!! Sincerely very satisfied customer!!

Justin just installed our thermostadt, and he was excellent. He fully explained the functionality and it was done quickly. Also, we had an antiquated heat pump, with odd wiring and he was able to solve the wiring issue quickly.

When I said yes, he adjusted my bill to the weekday diagnostic fee. He said his owner, also a vet, would have insisted. If you are a vet, call these guys first. If you want to thank a vet, call these guys first.
John and Levi got our 10 year-old AC running on July 4th (holiday). They spent half the day on the roof, installing a replacement motor and staying afterwards to make sure everything was running right. I thought this was great attention-to-detail, since I have seen other HVAC companies leave right after a repair/replacement and then have to come back a few days later when the system didn't work right in the next available time slot. Both John and Levi were very professional and went over all the technical and contract details, both before and after the repair was done.
