One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating

We called one hour and their manager Roody came out same day. We had 6 bids as new ac units are a big purchase. He was very thorough in his inspection of the unit and our house and recommended things that no other tech did. He answered every question we had and his expertise compared to others gave us the comfort we were looking for. Another person to acknowledge was Jerry as he was very attentive.

If you're looking for a good price and great quality units and service in town call these guys. Ask for Roody he helped my mother and I out! Thanks one hour we appreciate it.

Great response time. Of course, everyone wants the A/C guys when it is hot in the desert and the air conditioning breaks down. Jerry was very professional and took the time to explain to my husband what the issue was and even some tips to keeping the system tip top. Will definitely recommend to others in the neighborhood!!

Amazing service! Here was my situation: I had a third party(not this company) install a smart thermostat - which ended up not being compatiable. When they reinstalled my original thermostat - they didn’t do it correctly and my A/C was only blowing hot air. (To get it fixed by this third party I would have had to wait a week in an Arizona summer).

I called One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating and Ryan came out the next day. He was able to figure out the problem, fix it, and left a note in the invoice about the situation so I could take it to the other company.

Very prompt. Explained their procedure and pricing. Gave options for minor repairs. Had everything cleaned and repaired quickky. Offered membership and explained billing. Great team to work with!

This was the annual HVAC system maintenance + water heater flush out & maintenance on my park model home. Jerry (the tech who did the work) was prompt, courteous, & very professional. He called me 30 minutes ahead to notify me of his planned arrival time, which I had requested. Excellent service!!

Ryan was on-time and showed knowledge regarding A/C system malfunctions. He checked my whole unit, tested the systems wiring, power draw, wear and tear etc. informed me that my issue was most probably due to the home wiring itself or breaker box and not my unit itself which was comforting.

Showed, explained and fixed small issues that 2 other technicians either didn't see or didn't care to fix. Super respectful and wasn't pushy on there plans you could buy. The receptionist making the appointments was nice and pleasant. (Big thing for me as I've dealt with alot rude receptionist).

The service technician was very professional, well versed and knowledgeable of our equipment, and was very respectful. He took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. His attitude was greatly appreciated,
