Came home to a 95F house with a/c still running but obviously not cooling. Of course it was 7pm, Friday before a holiday weekend. Called One Hour A/C and Heating and they sent Tony over within an hour. He was very professional and was able to troubleshoot a few different issues and complete the repairs that evening. He explained what he was doing the entire time. Their pricing was straight forward and they carry all of the supplies on their trucks. There is a fee for emergency service, but they let you know on phone before they send a technician. Thanks very much Tony. I would use them again.

Buzz was extremely well verse in the maintenance of the AC unit. His initial visit got the compressor motor running because of a bad capacitor that he found and we hoped that would fix the problem completely. However 3 hours later still no cool air and it was discovered that there was a big hole in the ducting where it separated I was sucking in air from the attic it was very hot. After that was fixed still no cool air and it was discovered that the freon system was only half full of freon so $600 worth of freon later we got cold air. Yay. $1,100 is a lot but not when you're talking about an AC unit that has major problems. I was quite happy with the maintenance and Buzz's can do attitude. My AC system is being replaced the cost of $11,500 this seems to be a nice system 10 year guarantee so we'll see it's a lot but it is what it is

The technician did a good job. But the office didn’t tell me they will charge me after hour rate. I don’t have urgent need to repair my heater. Also they charged me the holiday rate. Completely ripped me off. I really appreciate if they can keep me transparent about the cost. Over three hundreds for 1 hour work. I will never use them again!!!

We needed to get our air conditioner checked out on a very, very hot Sunday in August. We called and Tony came out promptly and did everything he could to get it working and explained our options to us. We ended up needing a new unit and once again, Tony and One Hour Air was able to find a replacement a/c and finished the job . We are so pleased with the whole experience and highly recommend this company and their employees.
