First ice storm of the year and he was at my house and had the problem diagnosed, the part found and picked up, and fixed with heat pushing through my house again before 11am. He was quick, kind, and professional. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Not the first time Noel came through when we needed him most. Came quick on a Sunday. Tested the problem. Explained the problem. Fixed the problem. Also cleaned the flame sensor while he was inside the unit. Then took it a step further and gave me some tips and advice. Will continue to use these guys.

We called at 1:30 pm the day after Christmas with a problem at our rent house. Noell was there and had it fixed within 3 hours. We had called the company we have used in the past, and they couldn’t get to it for 3 days. We will definitely start using Southwest Heating and Air.
