After assessing our needs and making “Good, Better, Best” recommendations, Franklin installed a new HVAC system, smart thermostat, additional duct work and whole-home humidifier. (We had to wait only a few weeks to get our system installed after signing the quote.) Chris and Brandon were very professional and worked for 11 hours on a 100 degree day to get the new system up and running. I highly recommend this locally owned business.

Our air conditioner went out on July 26th we called Franklin Heating & air the next day. Our daughter had a heat pump/air conditioner installed by them a couple of months previously and said they were fantastic. They came out 2 days later to try to fix our 25 yr old air conditioner and furnace. My husband and I decided that we just need to replace the old system.Tyler was great about getting us a quote and price but said their work load was about 2 weeks out. We were okay with that as we had bought a portable air conditioner to use in the meantime. We were surprised extremely pleased when Will called us on August 1 and asked us if August 3 would work for us, of course we said yes! Steven and Austin came out to install our new units and they were absolutely awesome. They had to work in tight places to install the furnace, did a fantastic job, paid attention to detail and cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely call them again and I recommend them highly. Franklin to the rescue!!!

We had been waiting on our contractor (building addition to home) to get a new HVAC installed as a part of the project for months. I was tired of being given the run around and fired him from that part of the job and contacted Franklin Heat & Air per my fathers recommendation. Zach was super quick to get in touch and offer an estimate. Once I decided to move forward with them, we had the install scheduled in a week (vs 6 months of nothing with contractor).

When install day came they were at my home exactly when they said they would be and worked hard, long hours until it was done. Steven and his team really amazed me with their professionalism and commitment to quality work while also expediting as best they could.

After the install, Wes and Victoria even contacted me to help with local rebates/credits available to me!

This team has renewed my faith that excellent quality, customer service, and professionalism does exist in my area, especially after an otherwise nightmarish home addition project (that's a story for a different day). Franklin has a life long customer in me now!

From the very first phone call I felt Franklin Heating and Air took care of me. Very quick to come to my house to assess and give a quote. They made it very clear that they highly value customers. Our AC died while we waited for our new AC install and the owner sent someone out the next day to patch up our old AC to make it last until our new install date. This was at no additional cost. The lady at the front desk, Zach, and Demetrio were very professional and all very friendly. They also installed my new thermostat at no additional cost. Demetrio even helped us with the account setup. This company will take care of you from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

This company is AWESOME! They were on time and worked 16 straight hours to replace our system. They added two registers, moved our return air and moved our condenser. They were were totally professional and super courteous to me and my family! The employees made absolute sure to answer any questions we had. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for any HVAC issues you may have!
