Mark was right on time and swiftly diagnosed that I did not have a problem, the water was simply condensation from humidity. Many thanks. Air Concepts installed our unit many years ago and have done an excellent job of maintaining it.

Mark was just out to perform spring maintenance on my HVAC. Replaced a part from 1999. He is experienced, polite, helpful and reliable. I appreciate his work.

Do yourself a huge favor and avoid these guys like the plague. They are poor communicators, and too busy for their own good. There are many quality AC contractors in Orange County, call ANYONE but these guys. I would not trust them on my property, let alone in my home.

I have not seen my complete estimate for the HVAC work I need yet. However, it was great to see Kelly again! She’s personable and easy to talk to! It’s not a hard sales presentation with high pressure. She doesn’t feel the need to fill all of 90-120mins just because she can. She listens without interruption. Answers every question patiently and with a smile. She clearly has passion for her work and instills trust because of it. I hope the numbers look reasonable upon getting her bids so that I can move forward with the work. We shall see! Definitely recommend reaching out to Air concepts to see if they can help you as it’s a family owned operation with a great vibe.

Mark our technician was very personable very professional and very detailed on his assessment of our system. To be honest with you I will only utilize and ask for him in the future because I have full trust that I got my money's worth and that my system is working as good as possible.
