They did an excellent job for me. We had a backup in our lines to the sewer system. I called a plumber and they said there was a blockage somewhere. It was in a part of the lines that I was not responsible for so I had to call my HOA so they could send someone out which seemed to make the original plumber happy as it appeared he didn't want to deal with it My HOA sent another plumber out, who took 24 hours to arrive, who did not have any tools to clear the pipes. Seems like if someone calls about a blocked drain you should maybe bring tools to clear the blockage. They disconnected the pipe and drained the water but did not clear the backup so as soon as we took a shower it was backed up again. I called and asked them to send a different plumber as the original one they sent was worthless. Austin from OC plumbing arrived with a couple of hours and had the blockage cleared in about an hour. He got our water flowing again quickly after two others couldn't or wouldn't after about 36 hours of not being able to use water because of the backup and poor service from others. I would recommend them for plumbing services from this experience.

The Brea/ Orange team replaced a water replenishment faucet for our pool and replaced a rusted out cast iron drain pipe leading to our sewer line. And they cleaned their mess before leaving. Great job guys.

Tony was very nice and professional. Took the time to figure out what was wrong and then called for help to ensure the problem could be fixed correctly. Never felt rushed or pressured to do anything. Did not try to upsell anything else besides fixing the problem I had with my AC not turning on. Overall would use again or recommend to friends.

I have Brea Orange County Plumbing since 2003. They plumbed a newly installed bathroom and kitchen. They have done two major repairs on our sewer system. They Have worked on four of our properties including our home, a single family home, Our Seal Beach Duplex and a six unit apartment house. The General Manager Franz Jacinto is fair and honest. His plumbers follow suit. They are all hard working, possess good knowledge. They work clean and produce quality results. The plumbers are trusted by us to leaver the door open and let them work independently.

The technicians were very thorough and explained everything. I will definitely call this company if I need any other plumbing and heating service. They were friendly and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need..

Brea/OC Plumbing is a great company with reasonable rates. We have used them 3 times just in 2022. This last time, we had a leak that was showing up downstairs after flushing a toilet upstairs. Marcio quickly identified the problem and gave us a fair price to fix it. It was in a tough spot to get to but he was able to do some plumber's magic to get it done. I was very impressed. Marcio and the other people who work at Brea/OC Plumbing are the main reason we keep going back to them for our plumbing and HVAC needs.

Appointment was made quickly and in my time frame. Both plumbers arrived and flushed the tankless water heater with no problems. They even installed a new filter that I had purchased and was unsure how to.

I've never had a problem with the service done by Brea Plumbing and Heating and I've been using their services now for many many years. I just had them out to my place on a Sunday night for an emergency and they got there and fixed the problem quickly. They then waited and helped me check all my plumping spots to make sure everything was working correctly. Eli, thanks a lot!

Very un happy with their service couldn't get my normal heater guy out, called 3,:30 Saturday afternoon, guy finally calls and says he will be there in 10 minutes, 25 minutes later he finally arrives first thing he says it's probably the thermostat. I informed that I just replaced that, he opens it up to check the voltage. And then proceeds to tell me the there pile is shot and that the unit needs to be rebuilt, I informed him that it was just redone
last year, and says it will cost about 800.00 I told him no thanks and he hands me a invoice of $240.00 . My normal heater guy showed today and found a bad wire that got chewed on and had running in 10 minutes.
