I’ve been with this company for a few years I was disappointed with Peter when he came for our last visit. He was an hour late and I left work to go home to meet him. My appointment was at 1 and he didn’t get there till 2. Didn’t replace the air filter because he said it was the wrong size which I’ve been buying the same air filter since I got the unit. He never replaced it and just left without doing anything. Very disappointed with this visit from excalibur this time. The secretary however is very nice and helpful. I would like to have someone else come to clean my ducks and replace my air filter and maintenance my unit.

In the middle of a heat wave… of course my AC stops working. Found Excalibur and was able to book an appt on line for the following morning. Lucas came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and we were back up and running in no time. Lucas also gave me other suggestions on what to think about with regard to my AC. Unfortunately the job could not be done because I did not have the details of panel or the diagram of the InfraRed Sauna. Oscar was professional and was on time.
I appreciated his honest that he cannot start the job without proper info and manual due to the gravity of the electrical
Repairs. The job was NOT done nor diagnosed. I have to keep searching for the manufacturer manual.

Issued: wired shorted the panel every time we turn on the light switch in the dining room area. And no power in our bathroom hall.

Rip-off pricing. The simple task was to replace two adjacent two-wire light switches and replace two aluminum-to-copper wire connections. Excalibur quoted $311. I sent the technician away after paying their $79 minimum charge. I ended up buying the parts myself at a cost of $16.

Oscar was very professional, informative, communicated very clearly and offered information as requested. Very easy to work with. Very polite and respectful. Showed up o time. The only reason we did it go with them was because they are too expensive for our budget.
