Tom was very professional and did a great job keeping us informed as to when we could except completion. I feel that we were treated fairly and I will definitely recommend Aloha Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning to my neighbors and friends.

These men were so considerate of my need as a senior! They were prompt, clean, honest, friendly and very reasonable on their charges. They took care if everything, warned me of possible future problems with the air conditioner and gave me honest recommendations! We called Aloha in late January to fix our plugged Kitchen sink. We have trouble every 1-2 years. Our regular plumber was on vacation. So Aloha came and took apart the plumbing on bottom of our sink, not the way our regular plumber did it, he would go from the top and run water while unplugging it. Put they said it was unplugged so we paid them and they went on there way. A month later I called and said sink was plugged again, why? The girl that answered the phone said she didnt think after a month they would come out without charging us again. But she would talk to one of the owners and tell them our problem, she called back later in the day and said they would be here at the end of their working day. they came and didnt bring anything in to go down the sink to fix it. the owner ran hot water and the garbage disposal as if we (husband and I) really thought that would work. After our regular plumber would fix our plugged drains (pipes) and we wouldnt see him for 1 1/2-2 years. We are always careful what does down even with a disposal. Our kitchen is toward the front of our home and the pipes go all the way back and get smaller at the back of our home. the owner even made a remark that it would last till we seen his tail-lites. Well it lastest a week and couple days longer but last week it was plugged again. I called their place of business and told the girl that answered to let the owner know that we wouldnt be calling them again. Called our regular plumber today and he came out and fixed our problem in no time And I know we wont see him for this same problem for maybe a couple years, unless we fix the plumbing in the back of the house which I doubt we will be doing soon. Sorry this is long but wanted to let you know what I think of Aloha. Dont waste your money.

Aloha Plumbing responded to my request for the replacement of the entire plumbing system of my mobile home. They came out and inspected the problem quoted me a price and just did a wonderful job. I would recommend them on any type of plumbing situation. Fair price and excellent and professional job well done!

Third time I have used Aloha Plumbing. These guys are awesome, polite and honest. Everyone from office staff to the people who come to my house are great. I really can depend on Aloha Plumbing each time.

Thank you for your service!! We had a leak under our kitchen sink that overnight became gushing water everytime we ran the faucet. I was able to get a sane day free estimate. The repair cost including parts was reasonable so we booked to have them come back the next day. the work was all done in about an hour, the area was clean and best of all we have a working kitchen sink again. Initially I posted a review without the full details. I spoke to Shea who informed me of how they do business and swiftly offered to make additional repairs to my leaky angle stop. I've used this company for years now. All I can say is that she is very passionate about the service she provides.
