Metz Air Control

We just had Jorge out to our home and let me tell you he is not only very experienced at AC systems he was also a genuinely nice and trustworthy person. He is very polite and kind and honest. He made me feel like he was a long time friend. I would differently recommend him and Metz Air to work on your AC system.

Metz Air replaced the original HVAC system from the 70's on my home last June. Techs were prompt, professional, readily answered questions and cleaned up the work area. I recently had Tech Jay come out to do scheduled maintenance. He was very pleasant and exhibited the same professionalism that I expected from Metz Air. I also like that I received a text message introducing Jay with a photo, prior to his visit.

I called Metz to fix a leak in my mini split system (installed by another company)
Nate found the leak and helped me get the required parts from the manufacturer, that were missing from the original install. Nate and Jacob came out to fix the unit once the repair parts arrived. They were on time, and very respectful of my house and property. I’ve used Metz for 5 years now and always trust their work. Great company and trustworthy service.

The company is transparent and very professional. They came out quickly, assessed my system in a timely manner, and showed me many options for a HVAC replacement. Jorge was the best!

Knowledgeable young fellow by the name of Nathan stopped by and provided some great recommendations. He put everything in priority order to help spread the cost of maintaining our A/C in order to keep it working throughout the hot summer months.

Once he completed the service my home was freezing like a gigantic meat locker. I was shivering I was so cold.

Nathan was very friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy about the recommendations he made.

I personally like the type of business that doesn't push their services on you.

I'll be calling them back to get those other recommendations fixed once I get a few other things fixed around the house that have a higher priority.

From getting a quote to the installation everything went very smooth. Eric was the sales rep, Hayden and Horacio installed the unit. They were all very professional and polite. I had several questions and they were very patient and explained everything to me. I definitely recommend them..

The service personnel are very nice and do a good job. I especially like that they use booties when entering your home. However, I do question that with every maintenance visit there is always something that needs to be repaired. Not knowing anything about HVAC units, I'm forced to agree to the repair.

Danny Juarez did an excellent job, he is a professional on his job. Very informative of what he is going to do. Gave us advise on cleaning the system, the does and don’t in cleaning the air conditioner. Very friendly and answered are questions.

Metz is the Best

We had Metz do a complete system replacement with new Trane furnace, AC, duct work, air scrubbers as well a split ductless system for an office. We can’t recommend Metz highly enough. Their attention to detail was simply amazing. This replaced a 17 year old system and the house, which we only bought last year, had that musty “old-house” smell. Not even 24 hours after the new system has been turned on, that musty smell is completely gone. Jacob, Murray and Short Stuff (Anthony) were awesome, their workmanship is highly commendable and they should be proud of the work they do. We simply can’t thank them enough. Not once did they assume they knew what we wanted, they always checked with us to make sure it was right, explaining everything along the way. Very professional and polite. And to top it all off, of all the bids we received (and there were several), Metz was the best! You cannot go wrong with Metz, your experience WILL be the best!
