US Air Conditioning Distributors

August 6, 2013, I order a new air conditioner models TCGD60S41S3/SN.W1A0527452, to Gan air conditioning installation, equipment is dead the next day, I did call the installation, we have a fine model of the device and the new SN number 2-year warranty, but my invoice is 10 years old, I talk, he told Gan air conditioning which is 10 years Bob Smith, but we want to see it at the online registration is only two years old, so Martin Bob Smith said: registrar, but need 2-3 days, 8/24, we did a fine model TCGD60S41S3/SN.W1A0527452 only five-year warranty, so it is that too invoices, all my files lawsuit today .

Had drive an extra half hour from job due to them not selling me refrigerant because I happened not to have my epa card on me added another hour to my job only place that has done it I probably would have waited a half hour for them to grab it anyway

Over 1:30 hr waiting on material
Vwry very bad many workers but they dont do nothing just cruise on theyre forklifts

All the professional counter Personnel very educated and what they sell especially David I've known him for many years and very knowledgeable when it comes to equipment sales

friendly staff, not like other for contractor places, they will answer questions and offer suggestions. The prices are the best even when you compare online, or anywhere.

I've been to many HVAC supply stores and by far this is definitely the worse from the purchasing desk to the will call I spent over one hr on just two simply things never again will I step in to place CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS
