Supervisor David just came to double check things for us and I must say he was so nice and professional. I also would like to say that Gary (who sent him out) was an huge help! The ac is now working and we couldn’t say how much this has helped our family. Thank you so much! We will continue to have service champions work on our ac.
I tried to change my tub spout myself, but because of corrosion/calcification instead of unthreading I twisted the soft copper tubing and made a hole such that the water dripped down to my first floor bathroom when I turned the shower valve/handle on. Service Champions sent a tech the very next morning who confirmed the pipe damage. He then set up a crew the following day, who came on time. They cut a very neat square hole through my drywall in the room adjacent to the bathroom so they could access the pipes. They gave me a Service Champions club membership discount, and a military discount on top of that. The pipe repair went smoothly and looked like a work of art when the tech was done. They also wore shoe mitts and cleaned up after themselves. They installed top of the line Moen parts: Shower head, valve/handle, and tub spout. Now my shower looks like a fancy hotel! All 3 technicians were polite and friendly.
First, we want Jonathan to do our service every year from now on--he was most courteous, respectful, and professional! Second, I hope you know that setting customer expectations accurately is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. So, please modify your notification procedures to include the City from which your technician will be driving when you email to tell us he is on his way. Through no fault of his own, Jonathan showed up here only in the last 5 minutes before our 12PM-3PM appointment window was closing. Please never tell me he is on his way when he is many, many cities away, in traffic, which had me waiting at the door for about two hours, while I would otherwise have been out doing yard work. If you want my continued business, I only want to be notified when he is 15 minutes or less from arriving at my home. At the very least, you could have much more reasonably set my expectations by saying he has just been released from his former service call and should be travelling toward your home soon from Hemet. Because my daughter lives in Hemet, I know the lengthy amount of time it takes to make that long, long journey. Third, you are a top quality company with excellent technicians with whom we have dealt before. Your employees are always great to deal with, dress well, and are well groomed. They always act professionally, put a mat at the front door, wear booties to keep from tracking debris into the house, explain what they are doing, giving me choices when options are available, etc. If you instead of sending an automated, "noreply" text to notify when the technician is in transit, alternatively have that technician phone us when he or she expects to arrive, only when they judge they are within 15 minutes away, that would work far better to reasonably set customer expectations to avoid extreme anger when the technician finally does arrive. I respect that you invited my feedback because you, like I, believe in continuous improvement. Thank you for allowing my feedback to help make your notification practices better, and hopefully as golden as your other business practices and personnel. Overall, you are a GREAT COMPANY!
I am happy to say we choose Service Champion for any issues that comes up with the house heating and Air issues with plumbing For the pass 2 pluses years, they been also performing pre seasonal inspections and getting our system ready for summer or winter. We're super happy . Great service, professional techs, very nice support system for appointments and reminders. Thank you Champion services .
Service Champions is the best company ive delt with in my 55 years. Just recently they did a srevice at my home. The tec that came to my home should be comended for his attentive attitude. Austin ask if m wife had breathing problems & ended. up selling us an air scrubber. my wife has already seen improvement in the way she feels. The next service I have ill request that Austin returns to take care of business. He is a real aset to Service Champions & should be commended for his caring attitude. Ed

On Friday March 31, 2023 Rafael came to my home to perform a plumbing maintenance. He was very professional and courteous. Rafael took the time to explain to me what he was doing and why I needed certain plumbing maintenance. My anode rod needed to be checked and changed every year. Unfortunately my anode rod was stuck. But just because he took the time to explain everything to me I now know what I need to do. If you want amazing service and care, call Service Champions in Colton and request Rafael. He is amazing!!! Very happy with the service I received. The Tech Christian was very knowledgeable and did a great job of explaining to me the service and the condition of my AC unit. I feel very confident that I would call them again when needed for any additional services.
After having a conversation with Service Champions Operations Manager, they were very sorry for the mistake and was willing to make it right. We are not unreasonable and are willing to give them a second chance to make it right. We had always had good service up to this point, so no reason why we wouldn't give them the opportunity to make us happy again. That's customer appreciation. Thank you - - - - - - - They misdiagnosed my water heater issue. Went through the Hugh expence of replacing it, just to find out the next day to have the same problem. Pilot would not stay lit. Called the gas company and hummm it was the gas meter malfunctioning. :( They never thought to check the gas flow. Sorry, but this time, $$$ spent did not make me happy.
Showed up on time. Personable. Had a concern for getting the job done right. Left work area clean. I feel I got quality work for the right price. Hopefully this company will continue to provide great service at a good price (Which is why I changed after being with another provider for many years).
