Andrew came on time. He made sure to keep our home clean as he worked. He was knowledgeable and very efficient. He explained what he had seen in our attic and gave us suggestions to help make our home more efficient. He was very kind. We would definitely recommend him again.

Leaving this review on behalf of a family friend I was approached by. I am an HVAC technician by trade.
Summary: they drained refrigerant from my friends system, effectively breaking it, and tried to sell a whole new 10K$+ unit, refusing to put the refrigerant they drained back in. After they did finally replace what they drained, the unit worked again

Long story:
Since Covid, they hadn’t gotten their FULLY FUNCTIONING HVAC unit they originally had installed by AVIS some years ago serviced like they did yearly. They decided to have the now Service Champion owned AVIS come for a service. In their words, a technician arrived, and they observed him “do something to the unit that made gas come out”. Shortly thereafter their unit stopped cooling the home. This technician said he needed a supervisor, and when one came out he said their unit was no good and needed replacement. Upon my own investigating I found out the “gas he let out” was refrigerant. Making their system starved and unable to work. I advised they demanded that this location come back out and recharge their system that THEY drained. After a lot of back and forth Service champions finally replaced the refrigerant their tech let out and their unit functioned normally. ALSO to note, their unit was still filthy and untouched so this tech that drained refrigerant didn’t even do the service they paid for originally. BEWARE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND WANT THAT $$$$ DONT LET THEM PAINT A BAD IMAGE OF US TRADESMEN.

The service provides once a year heating unit cleaning and safety inspection, air conditioning cleaning and inspection pretty much a get ready for summer application and recently I found out that what the service I am provided buy them they also tune up the water heater. Complete drain and flush and safety inspection. I've been using these guys for 7 years. I simply called them or if I forget they call me and set up a time and date for tune-up usually around May for the air conditioner, around November for the heating unit and as I said or I'm saying now I didn't know about the tune-ups on the water heater and when I called for my central heating tune-up they mentioned they did it as well for the water heater so I gave them a date and time. They show up on time they work around your schedule all the gentleman that come for the tune-ups or polite clean and knowledgeable. I work all these fields myself I just don't want to do the work when I come home LOL these guys are great anybody should look into it.

Very pleasant experience with both employees I had contact with. I thought the pricing was fair and honest leading me to sign up for a continuing contract with them. I had a longer time of contact with Kalani as he performed the actual service. Found him to be excellent in duties and willingness to share information about my system. My system is old so I expect future problems and Championship will be my first call.

Call SC out for tune up and thermostat check. Shown pictures of are OLD furnace, and it's serious potential to become a safety hazard. The technician explain what could be done and let us make the decision on how to progress. Tomorrow a NEW- better HVAC system will be installed. Very helpful in helping us with are decision making. You should call them for service on you furnace. L&J

Edward Han was on time, polite, informative and kind. He checked and cleaned our A/C unit and furnace throughly. We highly recommend Mr. Han and Service Champions. Respond quickly after our furnace stopped working. The technician was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem quickly and had ithe furnace running again after he picked up the new part. It was all done witnn 6 hours of our original call. Very happy.
