    We used it through home warranty. The person came and couldn't find what was the problem with our AC because it is only cooling the downstairs and not the upstairs, so he blame the size of the system which it used to work fine before

    What a terrible company! No wonder their ratings are terrible online. Used them through my warranty company. They were supposed to fix my A/C, but after a couple times of coming out, it STILL doesn't work. They have terrible communication & they started accusing me of making things up & wanting to charge me money even though it's going through my warranty company! What an absolute mess of a company. Do yourself a favor & avoid this company!

    Dimitri and his team were on time and replaced my leaking water heater in 2 hours.

    It’s not easy to be a contractor for those Home Apliences Warranty companies like First American.
    They try to minimize cost in many ways and their service is clumsy. That’s not the contractor’s fault.
    So within this given framework, Unimaster did very well.

    I was "assigned" this company through my home warranty (Old Republic Home Protection). This was the second company to come out after the prior one did nothing to fix the issue, unfortunately this would result in the same outcome. A tech came to my residence to "diagnose" an issue with water leaking from the door of my refrigerator as well as an issue with the cubed/crushed selector on the ice maker. The tech took a look at the fridge, played around with the ice maker for a bit, took some photos and said their was no defect in the unit. He did absolutely nothing to actually diagnose where the water was coming from which was leaking onto my floor. He was there for less then 10 minutes and left. I received a follow up call from my home warranty company stating that the report from the tech was that there was no defect with my fridge. Hmm, water leaking onto my floor and crushed ice coming out when cubed is selected, somethings wrong. I asked about the pictures he took and the home warranty company stated he never submitted any photos. As this was the second contractor sent to my residence from my home warranty company I really do believe that they are simply in it to collect their payment from the home warranty company for completing zero work. Please avoid this company at all costs, because it will just end up costing you more to hire a legitimate business.

    If I had a rating of Zero Star, I would have chosen it. The worst, l mean the worst service a customer can expect. Never returning your calls, I always had to call my Home warranty provider to call them so they call me back. At the beginning, I tried to understand why A-AAll wanted to charge me $1,350.00 for the installation, the manager finally called me because I was not going to complete the service call until they called me. Demetria the manager called me in a hurry complaining that he does not have time to talk. I finally got him to remove one of the items (cost $300) that they were planning to do and which was not needed to install the AC unit. The manager was still complaining that he didn’t have time to talk to me as they have too much work to do. Finally the technician came to my house to complete the work. About 3 hours later, once he installed the unit, the technician asked me to keep the new installed AC running and that he would be back in three hours, approximately at 6 PM to check it. The technician never showed up and never called to say that he was not coming back that evening. We left the AC unit running until 7:30 pm hoping the guy would show up. I had to call the Home warranty provider first thing in the morning to ask them to send a message to A-AAll to finish the work. The technician came back at 6 PM to check the AC. When I asked him why he did not return to finish the job, he said he was at another job, then went home very tired to call. The AC unit was working and never stopped, something was not right because the AC unit and the thermostat were not connecting. I called the Warranty provider again to ask them to call A-AAll to come back to complete the job. I called the Warranty 2 more times before the technician returned to my house three days later to check the thermostat. Technician looked at the thermostat for 10 minutes and said that the thermostat was not working he’s returning in the afternoon with a new one to replace it. It has been five (5) days and we haven’t heard back from the technician. Tomorrow, Monday I will call the warranty provider to get me another company to finish the work. I will ask that A-AAll never returns to my house. This is the worst appliance service company I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend this company to anyone. 1 STAR is the only rating I can give them, they deserve a 0 Star rating.

    We were assigned this company by our home warranty. The technician was at our house for 30 min and ID’d that the AC system lacked freon but he did not perform extensive test to isolate leak. They said leak was in coil. I spoke with owner and he said he’d send pictures of leaking coil. Picture was NOT of coil and no leak was apparent. I hired another company and they agreed - picture was not of coil and no leak was apparent. Our second opinion thinks they were guessing because leak isolation test takes a long time. Basically A-AALL was wrong in their diagnosis and didn’t want to take the time to correctly diagnose (perhaps because home warranty company does not pay enough $ for this work?). Additionally they tried to pass on extra costs to me as “modifications” that they knew wouldn’t likely be paid for by my insurance company. They get $ from me and insurance with very little upfront cost in time or $. All in all, very shady company and seemingly dishonest, IMHO.

    A-AALL was assigned to my service request by our home warranty insurer to service an intermittently failing AC. The technician was rude and refused to do more than simply “look” at the unit; never took out a single tool and left. I was supposed to hear from his supervisor, but no one called. Now the AC has completely failed on a hot weekend and we’re waiting days for another, reputable company to provide an actual service. Do not waste your time with this company if you have any choice at all.

    Totally a sketchy company. The warranty company sent them. Could not even understand the guy! He was at my home to fix my ac for like maybe 15 minutes, said some stuff I didn’t understand. Said “my manager will call you” There is a problem with the blower motor causing loud noises and shaking. They tried to tell us the warranty company “unfortunately” does not cover this and it will be $700 to fix. Called the warranty company to ask why the blower wouldn’t be covered and they told us it had never been reported to them. They had reported that they fixed our ac and it was up and running. No other issues. Haha!! Nice try. Warranty company sending out a new company. Don’t trust this company!!

    I will never use this company again. The technician was so rude. It was NOT a pleasant experience, dealing with the service technician. He was very rude and unprofessional. Never again, this company.

    Personally I had a great experience - the service was coordinated through the leasing manager, but they were able to make an appointment on a Friday before Christmas with little advance notice. Vlad arrived early in the estimated time window, explained everything he was checking on the dryer, and fixed it no problem. He also helped me move some of he pieces so I could get a good cleaning in where the dryer goes, and offered good suggestions to minimize the issue in the future.

    So happy to have a working dryer, thank you!
