Certified Heating and Air

My wife is pregnant and the heater went out. Came on a saturday and switched out a part and did not check my exhaust motor which is burned up. Now I'm calling every two hours to get them to come back so my wife doesn't have to be in the cold but they FAIL to return my calls and emails. Called LEES AIR and will have to fix there mistakes and I'm stuck with that bill. Worst costumer service experience I have ever had. Dont waste your time. I have text records that indicate communication but after I sent pictures I haven't heard a word. I plan on filling a complaint with the better business bureau.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME LIKE I DID.

This guy is an absolute clown. Stay away from him and his business at all costs. Not only will he charge double the amount of other reputable AC contractors, but he will do a very poor job.
