Our heater wasn't working. They came out within a few hours and diagnosed the issue quickly. Turns out we just needed clean filters put on. They also showed my husband how to replace them for next time and some tips on maintenance. Their customer support over the phone and in person is friendly and helpful. I would totally use them again if needed.

Fine. There was no problem with the unit. I just don't take any chances with my AC. I pay for an annual maintenance service, so there was no charge for this particular visit.
