If I could give more than five stars for current home I would. The process was super smooth my rep Megan Mead was fantastic. Megan was just Very friendly super knowledgeable and helped me save so much money.

This company is a scam. They get you to sign a contract saying Verbally that you can cancel at any time. Then they ghost you for months until you go with another company. But once you try and cancel them. They try to charge you $4000 for nothing. I literally called them and texted them so many times with no response until I told him I was canceling. I called so many different numbers I texted so many different numbers. They are next to impossible to get a hold of once you’ve signed your contract. Don’t let them trick you they do not let you cancel at any time up to installation. This is a lie from the representative. I will probably be seeing them in court.

Your employees continue to trespass on my property. Today it went too far!

The young gentleman “Rob” came to our front door we told him we were not interested and he refused to get off of our property. He told us he was issuing us a warning from the Edison company.

It took me and my husband five attempts to get him off our property. He was not driving a company vehicle. And there were two teenagers in the backseat smoking. It seemed extremely suspicious and a huge red flag from obviously a fake company. He kept trying engage so we kept the door open.

He was asked first three different times that we were not interested to please remove himself from our door step and property. This is where the situation escalated as he continue to stand on our front step and refused to leave saying that he needed to warn us and we needed to take him seriously. He was forceful and adamant.

On the fourth and fifth time I have now screaming at him to get off of our property he still would not move from my front door. It took my husband calling the sheriffs department and me videotaping him with my phone chasing him off my property and off our front door mat.

I am officially informing your company that if he is ever found approaching my property and door again I have all intentions of utilizing my right as a homeowner to protect my property and will do whatever is necessary to make sure he does not remain on site.

The sheriffs department has also been notified with his photo, address and license plate as they are investigating him further now.

Please notate our address and inform your company that no representative from your company is to ever step foot on our property, front porch, or doorstep again and if this does happen I will do whatever means necessary to remove them.

They’re overpriced. Trying to charge 44k for 20 panels. Whatever happened to honesty and helping the customers. Would give a zero if possible
