As a first time customer, I am very pleased with Preferred Services. Jean, their dispatcher, was very helpful and courteous. I got an appointment that same day, and Kaze did an awesome job repairing our water heater. He was very informative and was able to diagnose the problem right away.

Preferred was referred to me through Home Depot, from which I purchased my water heater. Their office contacted me promptly to give me a quote and set up an appointment for installation. The installers arrived on time. They removed the old heater and installed the new one quickly and efficiently. They took away the old unit, and cleaned up thoroughly. Very professional! I would certainly use them again.

Converting from traditional gas water heater to tankless. Miguel was very informative and professional. The installation cost is quite a bit more than for a traditional water heater but the Home Depot sale on the tankless unit with SCE rebates kept the total cost within my budget.
UPDATE: The installation went well and was more complex than I realized. Miguel worked most of the day and did a great job. He even left the cleaner than he found it.

Great service with same day delivery/ insulation. Luis is very knowledgeable and worked hard to accommodate our needs. He was here over 5 hours and double checked connections and function several times. He is friendly and courteous. A very good experience.
