Our furnace stopped working Saturday morning. It's an older model. I called Positive Plumbling around 9 a.m. and he answered right away. Said someone would make it by the afternoon. The technician Alex called later that day and said he was on his way, and was right on time. In less than 30 minutes he diagnosed the problem. He explained the issue and answered my questions about different ways to fix it.
