The bottom of my under warranty water heater failed. Called Joe’s Plumbing & Heating on Sunday afternoon. The woman I spoke with was extremely helpful in walking me through steps needed to get the warranty work done. Called the manufacturer and they immediately provided the information I needed for the replacement. First thing Monday morning I spoke with Tom at Joe’s Plumbing & Heating. He got me on the schedule for Monday afternoon! Don S called early on in the appointment window to let me know he was on the way. Showed up and had new replacement water heater operational within 90 minutes. Don left the area in the garage probably cleaner than when he arrived! Everyone I dealt with was so polite and professional! Such a refreshing experience! Next time I need plumbing work, I will be contacting Joe’s Plumbing & Heating!

I had a very positive experience with Joe’s Plumbing & Heating and their Technician Tony E. Our old unit sprung a serious leak on Sunday, and I called their main line and a real human answered. The collected the information needed and got me scheduled for Monday Morning. They texted me confirmation and Tony called when he was on his way. He arrived on time and assessed the replacement, had the new unit and parts. He quoted me the promised price and even got me some money off as there was still some warranty on the old failed tank. Tony did a clean professional job. All new flex lines and they even used a union on the pressure relief line in case a replacement was needed in the future. Great clean job. Thank you

Joe’s Plumbing & Heating replaced my old water heater expeditiously and professionally. The technician, Dillon G., was knowledgeable and polite, did very nice work and willingly answered all my questions. I can honestly say I am very pleased.

A/C unit was checked out by a service tech named Enes. He is very efficient & thorough. He replaced a capacitor & a fan motor previously for me. He spent a good amount of time on the roof cleaning the unit. He takes his job seriously & I highly recommend him. Thank you!

Woke up to cold water yesterday and called Joe’s Plumbing & Heating because of all the great reviews. They were able to come out first thing in the morning, and in my book and that was the first star! Mack called first giving us a 1/2 notice and arrived within the estimated timeframe. 2nd star. He was polite, clean and professional. 3rd star. He got to work right away, and I noticed how organized and neatly he worked. He placed cardboard on the floor to protect it while he removed the old tank giving them the 4th star. He worked quickly and water heater was up and working again in about an hour and a half. Explained how everything worked and gave me confidence in his workmanship making the entire job a FIVE STAR RATING! Thank you Mack!
