Julio is a good excellent employee for you guys. His knowledge, honesty, and attention to details is amazing. He’s very careful and explain everything that’s happening and going to happen in the near future if fixing or not fixing the situation.
I appreciate all his input and just the patience he has working on his craft.
I would definitely will continue to request his work if needed in the future.

German was both informative and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain the details of the air conditioning system and provided valuable insights. Alex, the service technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. He walked me through everything he did and answered all of my questions. All I wanted was maintenance done on a newer system and that is exactly what he did. He showed me each component he checked and gave me an explanation on its current state. He said the system looked good! Alex washed the condenser coil and cleaned the major components. Honest and thorough. Highly recommend

Had a faulty A/C unit and NexGen’s tech, Patrick Cordova, was extremely helpful in diagnosing the refirdgerant/leak issue. He was very knowledgeable and provided a transparent breakdown of the costs needed to repair, locate the leak and even advised the unit replacement if needed. He was patient with all the questions I had in terms of different scenarios and was a pleasure working with him. Thanks Patrick and NexGen for coming on a same-day request!

I had both a plumbing and an air conditioning tech out to my house on the same day to perform some preventive work and both of my techs were AWESOME! They were so patient and answered my 9 million questions. They were very knowledgeable and gave me tons of great information and explained options with lots of details. He was late, but unlike most companies, the office sent me a text letting me know and the repairman called to update me, then showed up earlier than his estimate. He was pleasant to work with, explained everything he was doing, and got the job done pretty quickly. So far it works great. I would definitely use them again.

The best type of employee to send to someone’s home. He was professional, courteous, highly respectful of my space, and incredibly knowledgeable of what their company is selling. All of that plus a great personality he put us at ease, let’s face it nowadays you would be crazy letting somebody into your home. You never know what they’re doing, but the amount of respect that he showed was awesome. If the company is like this too they’re gonna go along way. I highly recommend this company to do the work for you.
