    We were very impressed with Morgan. He was very thorough, explaining what he was doing and why. While other companies were gone within 35 minutes, Morgan was here for over 2 hours. We'll be calling NexGen next year
    for our annual tune up. We highly recommend this company and Morgan, too.

    The first team Josh & Mario came for the tune-up special. And they gave me the lowdown what was needed. My system was 11 years old & was never serviced. Rather than put money into an old system. We decided to go fresh with a whole new system. Well the 2nd team showed up. Juan & Geraldo and I was very impressed on well they worked together to get this install done. They were neat and very well organized. And this new system from Nexgen is good quality stuff. Made in America.Not gonna lie, a little pricey but well worth it.

    A water pipe broke in my garage which also affected walls in my house. I had never called NexGen before, but they came within the hour. Johnny had answered my request, and came with Daniel initially. Daniel stayed and took care of the pipe. He was very capable, professional and kind. I am very pleased with this company's response.

    Cesar D. was great! Very quick, professional, and had a ton of recommendations to avoid future mishaps. Our sink was very backed up and we tried everything to no avail. Cesar fixed it quick!

    Had NexGen out to diagnose a central AC system that wasn't cooling. They insisted the entire unit was unsalvageable and quoted us three options from $20-24k to replace. Called another company the next day, they replaced the capacitor on the condenser and were up and running for $400. Always get a second opinion!!

    EDIT 6/22/23 - My original review above was a 1-star review. Shortly after posting it I was contacted by a NexGen Supervisor who seemed genuinely interested in my experience and expressed remorse at how the situation was handled. He went so far as to reimburse us the $400 we had spent with a competitor to have our issue fixed. This was pretty amazing customer service and so, after receiving the $400 check from NexGen, I have revised this to a 5-star review. I still advise everyone to get a second opinion!

    I ordered the $88 service special due to A/C putting out warm air
    Technician checked/cleaned fuses and unit was operating cold air. Needed a capacitor
    He cleaned entire unit now works well

    Luis came out for an estimate and was upfront about my enclosed patio and what the cost/my options would be. He didn't try and upsale me or push his business. I highly recommend Luis come out and give you an estimation.
