Tony is always very friendly and professional. To save me costs for a new part, he spent time trying to repair or clean the "contractor" points. I looked at the points. While they were operable, I asked him to replace them. The part was more expensive than expected, but it was the right decision to replace them.

Joseph and Tanya spent all day installing my new system and stayed late to make sure everything was running perfectly. Set up and Explained my new thermostat. Polar Express is Great! The entire staff and leadership is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. My technician (Joseph) greeted me with a smile and a handshake and after he inspected my system and listened to me explain my problems in layman's terms, he evaluated the issues and presented me with reasonable options and pricing. After he completed his work, he explained all of his repairs and answered all of my questions intelligibly. Wow, I did not know this level of service and niceness still existed these days.
