From the first call through the job completion, working with Smarter Attic was a great experience. Nico shared his contact information before our scheduled appointment so we would know who he was when they arrived. He and his crew were on-time, professional and courteous explaining their progress as they went along. They installed a separating wall in the attic space between the units, blew insulation and sound proofed a common wall. The work was completed promptly and was of top quality. Nico and his crew did an awesome job and I highly recommend them for any attic or insulation work.

Amazing Company! They did a fantastic job. We did a full attic restoration (Removal of old insulation, brand new ducts, Air sealant, rodent prevention, new insulation, and Installed an attic fan)! What a difference in AC/Heater temperature. Our house is much cooler. The employees Joe, Nico and owner Sonny are great people to work with. Great communication, and they are good at what they do! Joe arrived promptly at the scheduled time and was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficiently completed the work I requested. He also made recommendations to keep my equipment in top shape. The work completed was exceptional. Every step of the job from the beginning bid to the last part of the clean up was better than expected. The work was completed in the time they said it would be and both workers (Nico and Eguardo) were stand up guys to have working in our home and paid attention to every detail that meant so much to us.. Smarter Attic Heating Air and Insulation is a great business.
We were having issues with rats in our attic and Smarter Attic helped us remedy the issue.

They removed the existing attic insulation, cleaned, sanitized and rodent proofed the attic. After a couple weeks of observing no rat activity, they came back and reinsulated the attic.

This company is very professional, thorough and efficient.
I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

The team at Smarter Attic had great pricing and were available to discuss options and pricing. We had rolled radiant barrier installed and Owens corning insulation (up to R-38) added to help with the hot days. Their team shared pictures of the before/after progress which other companies fail to do.

On hot days our A/C system would run all day and never shut off. Smart Attic performed A/C maintenance and now, we can set the temp at 78 and feel comfortable in our home when it's 100 degrees outside

Smarter Attic is a great company to deal with. They re-insulated our attic space. They were quick, efficient, good cost, and very professional. The work they did was excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do the same for their house.

Customer service was great. They work with me professionally and courteously from beginning to end. Working crew was great too. They did attic work in my two houses and the tenant was impressed by Niko's professionalism and work. Will use them again in the future should the need arises.
