Andrew always came on time to appointments. Didn't have to give me a 3 hour window. He said an exact time and came at that time. Showed me pictures of my attic that needed to be addressed. Originally called Smarter Attic because I had rats in attic. They came and sealed up my attic to prevent future intrusions, vacuumed out the old debris and insulation and put in new insulation. They did everything in about 6 hours. Then afterwards, Andrew came back to double check the work that was done. Very professional, reasonable price. I would do business with again.

We had 1500 sq ft of insulation installed under our house and boy what a difference that made! My floors and rooms are a lot warmer! The guys were fast and friendly. They covered my furniture and vacuumed up all the mess. I highly recommend this company as they were reasonable as well.

He arrived when he said he would, Scoped out my attic, took photos and gave me the good news that all was in order. No work was needed. No attempt to upsell. Sonny came out to service a home warranty call. He was extremely professional and efficient. The problem I had was easily solved, but he also identified a potentially problematic component and replaced it.

smarter attic help with our rodent problem and also they blew new insulation in out attic. They helped us with areas that we had exposed to outside rents. Very knowledgable and professional. We where very pleased with the work completed. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work with attic insulation and help with rodents mice & rats in attic.

The work was wonderful and the house feels a whole lot better since adding the insulation to the attic however the workers smashed my wife's flowerbed that she had just planted about a month earlier. Luckily the flowers are already growing back so none of them died but my wife was very upset and let me know about it. A little more awareness for people's things would go a long way.

The guys were very courteous. I don’t know how clean the ducts became after the service because I didn’t see much coming out so they must’ve been clean already.

One thing I’m not happy about is that they left a mess on the kitchen floor, counter, bathroom sink and shower. They also opened 2 windows in the master bedroom and never closed them. The shutters were down so I didn’t notice till 2 days later. Left a dirty rag on the counter and we’re about to leave a cleaning brush, which I had to tell them that it theirs not mine.

They cleaned our air ducts really well!! They were professional and on time. I only removed one star because they scuffed our wall and took a chip out of the corner (super tiny) we just painted that wall and still need to paint the kitchen with the same color so we will fix it .

The crew at Smarter Attic did a fantastic job! 5 a star I’m a business owner here in town and they went out of there way to deal with my busy schedule.

Thanks so much for the hard hot work. Andrew Came out and inspected the attic found a bunch of areas they where missing insolation, as well as the whole attic was low on insolation. He also discovered some remains of mice from years back. They cleaned and treated the area to prevent future issues and well as cleaned the vent ducts.
