I recently had the pleasure of having Justin, a very professional and knowledgeable technician from Service Experts come in and fix our air conditioning. Justin was not only punctual, but also went above and beyond to solve my HVAC issues. His expertise and attention to detail were truly impressive. I highly recommend Service Experts to anyone in need of a reliable and skilled technician.

Dave Duncan and Josh were at my home on 4/1/23 they were excellent representatives of Service experts. They were professional, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to make recommendations and answer my questions. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company or these gentleman to my friends and associates and have signed up for regular maintenance and I am considering the of a replacement of one of my a/c units and a furnace from them as well. The staff on the phone were also very professional, kind and followed up promptly and effectively. I am a Maintenance+ member with Service Experts and my experience has been great with the company so far. Today Justin came over to my home for A/C maintenance. He arrived on time, was friendly and professional, and provided us some interesting tips. He performed his work efficiently and took care to clean up the work area in the end. Highly recommend!

Justin and Tobias came on time and fixed our AC unit very quickly. They also spent a good amount of time explaining what they had fixed and walking us through the cost breakdown. Highly recommend!

They were very polite, called to let me know they were on the way and wore shoe covers in my home which I greatly appreciated! All the work I needed was explained in detail and was completed neatly. My a/c stopped cooling. I submitted a service request around 11pm and received a repair the next day. Joshua waited 30 minutes for me to arrive home. He was polite, attentive, and professional as he assessed the problem and replaced my thermostat. He even took the time to program the settings to my personal preferences. I love Service Experts!

Jacob serviced our A/C and heater efficiently, and thoroughly. The recommended improvements were reasonable and will be taken into consideration for the next service visit. He was on time, considerate put on booties in the house, and knowledgeable about the thermostat settings, and condition of the equipment. Would request his service again.
