Dylan is very thorough on everything and provided helpful report on the inspection and also my question for water heater replacement. Very helpful.

I have worked with Service Experts for years. In fact, they installed my HVAC units a few years ago. Always professional and reliable. Today, I worked with two gentlemen, Ninous and Z. They were thorough, knowledgeable, and very helpful.

Ninous is a master technical specialist. He fixed all the wiring issues and straightened out our zoning. I highly recommend his expert services.

I got another service today, and again, it was an enjoyable experience. I got the battery leakage issue fixed. This is something that I wouldn't notice unless there is an experienced technician tells me.

Josh and Peter from Service Experts came to fix my heat pump. I cannot think of any better service. The heat pump is in the ceiling so it was difficult to reach. As opposed to those system outside the building, service in the living area is usually troublesome but Josh and Peter made it much less of a hassle. Their knowledge in this area and quick assessment identified the issue immediately and accurately. They also cleaned the filter and tried to make the whole thing perfect. I immediately signed up for the membership because I trust I will be in good hands.

Jim, Jacob, and Jared were pleasant and gave me great service they were very thorough. They explained everything to me and were very respectful.

Technicians Johann and Oscar are courteous and meticulous- after the brief maintenance work explained what they did and why they look at these critical areas
I wish all companies have such customer-oriented employees. Definitely would like to have them back on next service call
