Sam was very nice and professional. He knew exactly what to do for the AC Optimization Program offered by LADWP and neatly installed the Nest device as well as replaced/checked all items listed in the tune-up service free of charge! 2nd Visit today: thank you to Climatech and Sam for replacing the control board on my indoor unit. The last time Sam diagnosed the issue with the indoor unit (heater) and ordered the part. Once it arrived he promptly contacted me to come and install it. He arrived on time and replaced the board in 15 minutes. Problem solved.

1st visit 3 weeks ago: My unit was overheating and tripping the circuit breaker. Sam explained that this happens when the freon heats up under the sun and the pressure in the system increases. However, Sam checked the freon level, all the electrical connections and made sure there was no other issues.
Overall, Sam did a great job, he quickly pinpointed the issue and advised me on how to deal with it if it happened again. Very honest personable and professional. Will definitely use him again.

My A/C stopped working on August 10, the hottest time of the year in the San Fernando Valley, where it is always a good 100 degrees every day. All A/C service people in the area are deluged with repair requests at this time of year. However, the techs from Climatech, notably Sam and his assistant, came to repair the system on the morning of August 11. They got it working and left, but the system went down again. It was going to be 102 degrees on August 12. I called Climatech and Sam called me back to see what had happened. I told him, and he immediately knew what I needed, went out early in the morning of August 12, obtained a part, came by and did the repair. These folks went out of their way to help me at the hottest time of the year in the San Fernando Valley. They are terrific and I highly recommend them. Thanks Sam!

Great experience with Gary at Climatech! He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue with my a/c and made the repairs. He also took the time to explain how I can pretend a similar issue in the future. I will definitely be using them again!
