Dan was very professional and covered his feet with booties in the house. I had a general maintenance need which serviced the fridge cleaned the coils and got it running more efficiently. It worked out well.

I am so pleased with Trinity. We have a 30 year old sub zero that needs constant maintenance. They were referred by our home warranty company after two failed repair attempts with other contractors. My freezer was broken for 3 MONTHS while the other two companies tried to fix it. Trinity came in diagnosed the issue, got the approval from my warranty company, ordered the part, received the part, and finished the repair in ONE WEEK. Incredible customer service and problem resolution. The appointment scheduling was super easy. They were very responsive and accommodating to my schedule. The techs were pure professionals. I am so pleased with Trinity and will use them again. Thank you Trinity!!!

I've tried to get my commercial washer and dryer fixed with Trinity but they stringed me along for over 2 months saying they were waiting for parts. I called atleast once a week for updates but they were never able to give me any. At one point they stopped answering their phone and would constantly send automated text message saying "sorry we missed your call. We'll reach out to you shortly." but NEVER DO.

I am never using this company again.
