Encore Plumbing and Air Conditioning

Oh my goodness. What a wonderful company that actually cares about local people. I got home from work today at 5 pm, in one of the hottest weeks on record, to find that our AC compressor was not working. It was 84 degrees in our house. We have kids, dogs, and a bunny. Called one company and they couldn't come out until next Tuesday! Yes you read that correctly. I remembered that we used Encore earlier in the year for a plumbing issue and decided to call them at 6:30 pm. Adrian Ortiz was at our house at 7:00 pm. It is now 9 pm and our AC is blowing cold air, all for the same amount of money that we would have paid for a hotel or portable ac. However, it's not just about how quickly they responded or the relative low cost, it is also that we felt like that they were people like us who got that this situation was dire for us and truly wanted to help. They have a $15 per month maintenance program, and we are definitely signing up. Thank you so much Adrian and Encore. We will call them when we replace our unit as well.

After our A/C failed on a weekend, we were able to get in touch with them on the phone within minutes. The contractor came out in a couple of hours and they kept me updated via texts of his ETA and when he was en route. The diagnosis was done in under an hour and I was given a full explanation of the issue with an estimate on the spot. He is willing to work with our warranty claims people and we will find out how that all adds up in the end soon (hopefully).

Absolutely love the customer services received from the entire staff at Encore! Easy to schedule appointments and their text messages for reminders and tech arrival times are very much appreciated. Frank has been on time both times. Very professional and detailed. He explains twice three times if needed. He came out to clean out the furnace- not sure correct name- to get us ready for cold weather. It’s was horribly dirty and gross. It’s never been done. He did an awesome job!!!! Thank you!

AC stopped blowing cool. Adrian with Encore came out and replaced capacitor unit along with a couple #'s of R-22. Adrian is very knowledgeable. He provided information about the condition of my system necessary to make an educated decision on the repairs that needed to be done. My system is 33 years old, It's had issue over the years. Adrian provide a quote for a new system. I appreciate the professionalism, appointment notifications, and the fair price. I will continue to use encore at both my home and my rental. Thanks Encore.
