We chose Aladdin to replace our A/C system because we wanted an established, well recognized company. We also wanted a written quote spelling out specifically what would be done. Our sales rep answered all our questions, which put us at ease, and he was present when the installers arrived. The installers were on time and the installation went smoothly. They even fixed a few small things relative to the furnace that the previous repair person missed.
We are very pleased with the quality of the unit, its performance, and the warranty. In addition, Aladdin's employees were knowledgeable and friendly.

Derrick was on time, personable, professional. And clean in his work.

We shopped around to get an aging wall heater replaced and decided to go with Aladdin based on a site visit with Michael Windsor. He showed up on time and was friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain a few different options and didn't try to steer us into anything we weren't interested in. When we decided to move forward, the installation was easy and quick to schedule, and Jorge, Carlos and Diego were FANTASTIC. They were really friendly and courteous, and they did a great job. Thank you very much!

Aladdin was on time and professional. They were here for prevenative maintenance and while they were here, we mentioned that we needed to replace out intake grate. Someone from the office called me the next day and said they would look for the specific size, that it may take some time to find one and that they would get back to me. They called a couple days later to let me know they found one already and came and installed it a few days later. Great company!!

My A/C wasn’t working. Eric called roughly 20 minutes before our appointment and arrived promptly on time. He was dressed smartly and was a terrific Aladdin representative. He quickly identified the system problem(s), explained each individual issue and suggested a couple repair alternatives. He’s knowledgeable and worked efficiently.
