Honest, professional service from a locally owned company. After suffering through the final weeks of summer last year when my AC died (It had been on its last leg for a couple of years), I knew I would have to replace it this year. From the recommendation of a friend, I called Christensen Heating & Cooling and the whole process was incredibly smooth. Soren, the owner, came out to discuss my needs and then followed up with three options for good, better, best. No high-pressure sales. Just honest, high-quality options. Once I made my decision, they were able to get me on the schedule within a few days. Soren's team arrived as scheduled and were very professional. I'm up and running with cool air, just in time for the hot Sacramento summer season. Thank you, Soren and team!

Christensen just did our AC here at Fort Fremont Marine. Quick work done the right way! These guys came in Monday morning and were out of here by 1230pm the next day. Would recommend these guys to anyone!

Soren and his team are amazing! My AC died, and my home warranty company was backlogged for over two weeks! I put out a cry for help on Facebook after finding every HVAC company in the area was booked for nearly the same time. Soren not only answered, but he was at my house the same day to troubleshoot the issue. I needed a new unit, which required authorization from my warranty company. Within a couple of days of getting approval, Christensen had a team onsite with my new unit ready to install. They were fast, proficient, and very professional. I highly recommend Christensen HVAC!

I am a landlord and the heater broke in my rental as temperatures were dipping into the 30's. I reached out to my home warranty company and they and the vendor they contracted with were dragging their feet for WEEKS!!! Frustrated, I reached out to Facebook for recommendations on a Saturday and Soren Christensen reached out directly letting me know they could help that week. I explained the situation and Soren said he'd get back to me on Monday once he spoke to his vendor. The heater was replaced by Wednesday morning at a lower price for the entire replacement than just my portion through the home warranty company. THAT'S HOW YOU DO BUSINESS!!! I am so impressed with Christensen Heating & Cooling. I am now a loyal customer and will be recommending them to everyone!! Thank you Soren, Tarrah and Mark! The best thing is there honest. Came to my house and fixed my 10 year old heater for next to nothing. I thought it needed to be replaced. That was 3 years ago. Thank you Soren A++++++++

Answered Called immediately. Showed up at time that the technician said he would arrived. Fixed AC issue without a problem. Very knowledgeable technician.

Took time to check out all the areas and confirm where the leak was. It included going to the attic as well as checking the out side motor, very thorough. He found the leak in the outside motor.
