First and foremost, Howie is amazing! I contracted his company to remove and replace my Heating/AC unit from my rooftop. In addition, he also reconstructed and engineered a new platform for the roof. The existing platform was over 30 years old in a 70-year-old home. He also took on this complicated project knowing he needed to coordinate with my roofing contractor as well, and vice versa. Because I had 2 projects that needed to start at the same time, Howie was super flexible and patient with me. He always called, texted and emailed me over a 10-week time period to stay in touch for scheduling. This year, we had a very wet season, and, it goes without saying that this delayed the project for so long. When the work finally started, Howie and his team; Mac, Bobby, and Carl, had a sense of urgency to complete it, that I can't overstate it. They are professional, courteous, clean, on time, smart and very detailed. His team blended in very well with the roofing team. And, last but not least, in Howie's pricing, in comparison to his competitors, he offered a super great deal for an awesome Heating/AC unit brand and workmanship. Look at the posted images and you'll see what I mean. Btw, it feels amazing inside my home now. A huge improvement! I can't wait for this summer to come! 5 stars!

This is my second time using Diamond Air for AC services. The first time was for maintenance two months ago and this time it was to repair the AC unit. Both times have been really good experiences for me. They're very respectful, punctual, and willing to explain details.

Joey Carroll was the technician that came out this time and he did a phenomenal job taking care of my unit in a timely manner. He knew I was curious and wanted to see what the unit looked like after he opened it up; he took the time to call me when he had it opened and explained in detail what he was doing. I will never be able to do the work that he does (he has 11 years of experience), but I appreciate knowing how the work is done in theory. He also gave me more info about how else I can continue to maintain my current unit, so that it continues to last.

My HVAC unit is pretty old and wasn’t really functioning properly, 30+ years old and so I needed an honest opinion if it was time to upgrade. Called up Diamond Air services to check it out and spoke to Anthony to set up a schedule, Joey showed up and diagnosed the whole unit and gave me an intelligent honest opinion. We decided to upgrade and Anthony gave me a thorough breakdown on how the process goes. Scheduled the week after for install and would take 2 days. On the day of install the crew showed up, Bobby, Mike, I believe (Sean and Carl? And another person) I’m sorry if I didn’t remember the names correctly. They were courteous, efficient, and fast. One crew worked outside on the AC and another in the attic for the heater/duct work. They were done on time and did an awesome job. The AC was finally blowing nice cool air all over the house, It felt great. There was a slight issue with the heater fuse and primary drain being clogged, so they rescheduled to come back and fix it. Joey showed up to do the fuse install and fixed the main drain clogged and everything is now working properly. Overall Diamond Air services did an excellent job and I would definitely use their service again. If you ever need help, Anthony is the person to call. Thank you Diamond Air Service for the awesome job!!
Edit: update, still had issues with the AC primary/secondary drainage and Mac did an awesome job diagnosing and fixing the problem.

On June 30, both Mac and Joey came to my home. they were both very personable and very informative. Mac found the problem right away and contacted Joey to pick up part and come back and install which he did. price was very reasonable. This is the 2nd time I have used your company. Will refer you to my friends.

Anthony gave me a quick and honest estimate over the phone. When Joey arrived he was courteous, honest, and just very awesome to work with. Explained everything he was doing, he even went above and beyond to re-place my thermostat free of charge. I did not at all feel like they were trying to oversell me on anything. If you have any AC problems do not hesitate to reach out to them. I was surprised at how efficient this team was. I will certainly stick with them in the future!

Joey arrived within the hour window of appt. Very friendly, conversant, knowledgeable and straight forward. He did inspection and found a loose connection and conducted a preventative maintenance service which I agreed to. Solved my AC problem and gave me est. for air duct cleaning. A bit pricey but seems worth it, I’ll have to see.

Joey did a thorough annual service of the AC in the backyard. I had expected that he would have also checked the attic portion. But perhaps that isn’t necessary. He was very pleasant.
Our schedule time was between 1 & 2 pm. We called the office at 2:15 and were told he wouldn’t be there till about 4pm. A call with an update on the arrival time would have been appreciated.

The tape unraveled from the duct that flows air to the house. I called Diamond Air and was able to schedule a same day appointment. Service Tech Joey Carroll was extremely professional and went the extra-mile to ensure the duct was thoroughly taped. Also, as a courtesy he checked my HVac system to ensure all was working well. Joey was extremely acknowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend this company.

The people were very nice, professional and responsive. There were 5 or 6 people sho in up on time and started work right away. They replaced our furnace and condenser units as well as thermostat. They came on time and finished everything in a day including cleaning of the duct and replace all the vents. Price was also very reasonable. I recommend this company. I will use them for the maintenance.
