Anthony and his team were professional and completed the job estimate on time and right in line with the job estimate provided. They are definitely worth considering if you are looking for an honest and fair HVAC installation without worries. On first visit Anthony did a throughly walk around the house, explained everything in detail. Instalation when smooth. I had a whole HVAC system installed with no issues whatsoever. It was a pleasure to have Diamond Air Services to clean the air ducts and furnace blower. They were able to have workers come quickly after my call. The workers were prompt and attentive. Called and they were able to come out next day, they found the issue quickly and my AC was blowing ice cold and full force once again. As an existing customer it was gratis, and I also while they were there asked to have my thermostat changed out, they scheduled me next day again, and it was installed at cost with a minimal labor charge. These guys are amazing to their customers. Highly recommend.

I rarely give any reviews online, however, I felt that these guys need a review of the great work they have done.
First of all, the Diamond Air Customer Service is beyond awesome. I read a lot about their customer service in yelp and other places and it was all great which encouraged me to contract them. When they came for installation, they missed up on few things but quickly apologized and fixed the issue immediately. Few months, after installing the new system (AC and Heater), we had issues with the gas furnace. Once again, they showed up immediately and fixed the issue, and bought the needed parts. All this was done with great professionalism and welcoming customer service. Forgot to say that before I install the system, there was a tough heat wave in California (Mid to end of July). They offered to come and fix some of my 25 years old system to get me going through the heatwave until they can come to replace the system. They did all this for free!!

I have reached out Howie for my home AC and Heating system replacement. He is super professional in dealing the customers. From day providing the quote and to answer my ton of questions, he is very patient and very responsive. His team also really amazing. Mike, Alson and two others who were part of team who installed the the unit are really nice and went out of their way in setting up things nice. I have 0 complaints and would recommend 200% for any work related to Air-conditioning and heating.

Having recently remodeled, a lot of debris was removed around the house, but the air ducts needed to be cleaned. Will and Steve from Diamond Air Services did an excellent job of explaining what they would do and showed before and after pictures as the work was completed. What an improvement, I highly recommend Diamond Air Services.

I have never been totally pleased with any air and heating company in my 40 years of home ownership. Until now. After reading reviews, I decided to try Diamond Air, really just figuring I had nothing to lose at this point. I was immediately impressed with the amount of information I received on the phone (she told me what to look for so I would already have an idea of what might come from the estimate). I had to wait two weeks for Howie to come, but the wait was worth it. He immediately confirmed what my compressor needed (the woman on the phone was correct) gave me an estimate in writing and scheduled Brendon to come the next day. Brendon explained to me why the compressor had a leak in the first place, did the work, and I gave him a check (even though I was told I could wait for a bill). That same day, Howie called to inform me that I had OVERPAID, because they did not use all the refrigerant that was included in the estimate. He said I would be getting a refund for the difference in the mail. Again, quite impressive. Now I wish Diamond Air did other home services than just heating and air, because this level of workmanship and integrity is becoming quite rare.

I had Diamond Air Services install a new HVAC system in my condo. I'm glad I did because their crew were very professional throughout the installation and were very receptive on answering questions I had. Their duct cleaning crew were GREAT and went to great lengths on keeping my house as clean as possible. Howie was pleasant to talk with and knew his stuff. And Howie gave me a great deal...THANKS. I recommend Diamond Air Services because I'll be using them in the future for my HVAC needs👍👍.
