My sales representative provided me with a thorough breakdown of my alternatives when the 30 year old HVAC system in our home broke down, set me up with finance to make a brand new system reasonable, and professionally communicated with me throughout the entire process. The installers did a great job! They talked us through the ins and outs of the finished product and were incredibly helpful and professional throughout the entire installation process. Mike arrived on time the very next day to complete the install and were very respectful of our home and kept everything clean and neat. While the install should have been straightforward, after install and during testing I could hear a very light rhythmic noise when the furnace was running. I pointed that out to the guys and they spent the next several hours systematically eliminating all possibilities until they found the source and fixed it with a couple of screws. As a retired couple, we are so thankful for their diligence and going the extra mile to make sure that we were satisfied.
