I wanted to let you know one of your service providers, car #18, is a reckless driver. This morning he almost hit my car 3 separate times. He came up on a slower driver in his lane and just came over into my lane without looking. I was next to him and I had to swerve while honking my horn. He swerved back into his lane then back into my lane almost hitting me again. But instead of going back into his lane, he decided to double down and drive down the middle of the 2 lanes. To speed around the person in his lane. Again, he almost hit my car AND the car that he was trying to pass. The road wasnt very large and both of us were driving on our respective medians to not get hit. This is the car I was able to get this pic at the stoplight

Jorge gastan arrived exactly on time. He was very cordial, explain everything that was going to be done.
Asked if I had any questions before he got started.
He was very Professional and considerate of the surrounding areas not to damage anything.
When finished he made sure I was satisfied with the end result. I was very satisfied With the work.

I am convinced these 5 star reviews are not real, probably friends asked to leave a good review. I've had nothing but a horrible experience with this company. The unprofessionalism is unreal. After trying to get information on why my account was closed out they forwarded me to their supervisor Salvador who the staff confirmed was in the office just for me to get sent to Call Forwarding 3 times. I received a follow up call and the rep. I spoke to said she'd transfer me over to Salvador and once again my call was sent to Call Forwarding. I called again and the rep. I spoke with confirmed that he was in but she didn't know what I wanted her to do and all she could do was transfer me again and surprise surprise I get sent to Call Forwarding. Ridiculous.

Jorge Gayton just finished servicing my home! He was very quick, efficient and kind. Explained everything he was going to do and answered all my questions! Very pleased with everything he fixed!

Jeorge Gaytán was the gentleman who assisted us at our home today. He was on time and extremely friendly. Walked me through the process of what he was doing and explained everything in detail. I am very pleased with the work of, service technician, Jorge Gaytan. He is very professional, customer service oriented and helpful. He installed a new wireless thermostat and he took the time to help me install the app on my phone and learn how to control the thermostat from my phone. Thank you, Jorge!
