They install a new mini-split unit and didn’t add the additional Freon. After about 4 months the unit stopped working. They came back out and reset it and said it was fixed. After going back & fwd w/them they say nothing else they can do. Unit was out of warranty. Another company came looked at it and fix the problem immediately. It just needed additional Freon because brand new units usually don’t come full. Just enough to get the unit up and running. Although, the initial installation was on point. I’ll give them that.

Very professional, and friendly. Informed you exactly what to expect, and what steps they were going to take to get the work done. Answered all of my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Florencio Medina and Santowine Thomas. Great experience overall.

Was very helpful in the installation process of the being energy Efficiency. He replaced the broken window panels and installed the weather strip on the door and he cleaned up the area after the work was completed. I'm very happy with his work ethics.

Gorge gaytan: was the agent that came out to help just have to say thank you so much Gorge for all your help! he went out of his way to show myself and my mother how to clean out our wall furnace along with some pretty nice tips on how to do it.

Jose Castro was the one that came and gave us all the info we needed. We set a date and an estimated time frame. They came within the 1st hour of that time frame. We are very happy with the service and definitely recommend.
