Josh and his coworker (sorry, I didn't catch him by name) from Easy Heating and Cooling arrived shortly after 10:00. This was quite a surprise considering the window was open from 10-12.

This was simply wonderful from beginning to end. They presented me with a few choices. In less than two hours, the technician arrived. He correctly identified my heating difficulties as two separate, but rather small, concerns. He mended one of them by moving the burner and pilot light closer together, and he gave me step-by-step instructions on how to fix the other one using a thermocouple. After that, he charged me NOTHING for it!
