I usually don’t post reviews but I was just so grateful I felt like I had to. The other day it was so cold in my house and the heater was broken. I called and the exact same day a technician named Sam came out and fixed it. He was so professional and considerate. He also arrived very quickly. I really appreciated his timeliness and professionalism!

Air Care did an amazing job. They replaced our existing HVAC unit with a heat pump and redid all the ducting as well as cut new vents and installed Nest thermometers in various places around the home. JP was wonderful to work with--on time, communicative, knowledgable, etc. etc. He and his team were consummate professionals, and I sincerely appreciate their help.

Jack and his partner were very helpful and informative but most importantly so polite. Would not hesitate to use them again 5/5 stars.

I want to start by saying that AirCare is #1 I used them last summer when my AC went out and they fixed it immediately. Last week my heater from 1993 went out and I asked them about options for replacing both the AC and heating. Jack came out and explained everything very clearly to where I could understand. I’d like to personally thank AirCare for coming out so quick and solving the issue with our heating. My daughter was sick and our house was freezing, Jimmy showed up the same day we made the appointment. He was on time and ready for action, fixing our heating within an hour. Thanks to Jimmy and the AirCare team my daughter didn’t have to suffer another night in the cold. I’d recommend AirCare to anyone and everyone 10/10

The air suddenly stopped working in my house, so I called Air Care to come check it out. Jack came out and figured out that the motor wasn’t working. He was able to get a new motor in the following day and fixed my system! So pleased with the service.

After water damage, our thermostat was pulled off the wall. Due to the slow nature of the extensive repairs, we needed the ability to turn on the ac as temperature heated up but drywall repair had stalled. Our technician was Jack. Our prior thermostat was missing parts but also on its last leg. Jack installed a new unit and had it up and operating in short time. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
