Jason and JC were amazing to come and install a new ac unit . Answered all my questions. They did an amazing job.

Excellent!! They were speedy, efficient and friendly. I paid the invoice at the end of the service, the next day I was called and was told it did not take them as many hours as previously thought, so they offered me a lower price! Who does that? Thank you, thank you!

We have used Allianz for years and are very happy with them. We have seen Michael many times and Tyler did a great job with him today.

Our AC went out last Saturday late afternoon. They came out for a very reasonable rate and were here within 20 minutes. Diagnosed the problem quickly and we were up and running within about 45 minutes after they arrived. Needed a condenser fan motor. Paul the serviceman was real nice and professional. Couldn't ask for much more.

This place is awesome!!! Decided to replace the old unit and redo the ducting in the old house. Not only was the price great…but the service was amazing!!! The four guys working were unbelievably positive and upbeat. I apologized for them having to climb up in the attic to replace the ducting. They laughed while responding, “that’s what we signed up for and we want this system perfect for you.” I never heard one complaint about anything. They cleaned up every day so there wasn’t a mess. They were incredibly motivated, positive and happy to work!!! They showed up early for all three days and hit every deadline they set. Martin, Pam and TJ were super awesome to work with too!!! I wish I had the rest of the names for the team that was working so they could get equal credit. Their quality and craftsmanship are untouchable and I highly recommend them!!!

Hello my air conditioner broke down bout week ago called Allianz they been here before .They arrived quick and on Time. I had a Tech named Dan this Gentelman was Awesomehe trouble shoot it it and we were up and running within an hour.Thanks Dan for your Dedication and knowledge professionalism you displayed while at our home. Thanks Allianz for having hiring these knowledgeable Techs. I Rate you Guys 10 Thanks again!!!!!!!;)

Jake provided bi-annual servicing on our heating units. He was prompt, efficient and did a great job! The office staff and service technicians of Allianz Heating and Air, Redding provide outstanding customer service -- always prompt and effective. When your AC goes out in the middle of summer in Redding, Allianz is the company with which you want to be a regular customer -- they're the best and they always go "the extra mile!"

Robb came by to service our mini-split. Excellent service, and was quite informative. We have used Allianz for all of our A/C needs, and have always been extremely happy with the product and service.

I’ve used this service several times. Dan and Michael have done a wonderful job. They were professional, responded very fast. Michael even came on Memorial Day. I’m just super thankful.
