Great company to work with. Very transparent with cost of repairs. Wonderful tech KiKi, he answered all my questions and never pressured me. He stayed until the job was complete... (Not a come back later and fix it company). I called around to other companies and got a variety of quotes. Don't be fooled by other company's schemes to get them in your house. Would recommend Gibsons highly.

Ryan at Gibson Heating and Air is great to work with. I have had two heat pump systems put in by them and the service was great. The installers are professional and respectful and that is hard to do when its 110 degrees outside. Thank you Ryan and the whole Gibson crew.

Alex Rhea was our tech who responded to our call - he was not only professional, he was personable and incredibly helpful in solving our maintenance issue.

Our residential heating unit quit working abruptly which put us in a position of needing a quick solution. Robert was great to work with matching our needs with the correct size unit quickly. The installation team were very efficient and the replacement unit works like a charm!

Entire staff is extremely helpful and does their best to work with your situation and get you the service you need. Ladies in the office stay on top of trying to balance already scheduled appointments and help those in a bit of a crisis in this crazy heat. And their techs go above and beyond. Service Tech Rob spent a long day in the heat helping other families and even though it was getting late and I'm sure he was tired, he worked with our family to get to our home in the late evening so he could replace the part we needed and get our home cooling back down before the next heat wave. You can really tell they care about their jobs.

We have been relying on Gibson for our AC and heating needs in Redding for years! From the time we bought the house to our most recent service today, Gibson is wonderful at keeping us on a service schedule, promptly helped with the one problem we did have a while back, and is always friendly and arrives on time. Kiki in particular is courteous, professional, friendly, and knows his stuff! Thank you Gibson!

I use Gibson for all my heating and air conditioning needs, and I have for years now. They are always fast and professional. Recently Brandon came out to do my semi-annual system swap-over. Not only was he on time but actually called to come over early. In no time at all my summer cooling units (all three!) were ready for the foretasted 100 degree weather. For any heating or air conditioning projects I highly recommend Gibson-They will take excellent care of you.
